As title says. But in reality this game brings a lot of frustration.

1) Horrible mach maker. Minimum 80% of battles you end at +2 tier. What for example you can do with Comet 148 penetration in tier 9 battle, you cant pen even side of many heavy tanks. Or what you supposed to do with Churchill VII in tier 8 battle? Cant pen, cant tank, cant flank, cant spot. Totally useless. You meet tanks, which can beat you just by standing still with auto aim, while you cant do anything in return. Is that fun? Not at all, it's frustrating.

2) OP artillery. Overbuffed accuracy, overbuffed reload, overbuffed aim time, overbuffed splash radius, new extremely annoying "feature" stun, for only decreased penetration, and they call it arty nerf. Where is fun, when someone back on the other side of map, constantly grief you, without a chance in most of cases for you to do anything in return. That is is extremely frustrating.

3) Premium ammo. What a point to play for example same Churchill VII, when everyone can load premium ammo and easily defeat you through your front armor. Is that supposed to be fun? I'm aware that some tanks suffer from horrible standard penetration, and needs a lot of premium ammo to be successful, but that's going to another point.

4) Very bad tank balance. What a point to play tanks like T32, and M26 Pershing for example. These are pure premium ammo tanks, as their standard penetrations are horrible. They can't defeat even some of the same tier tanks through considered "weak spots" with standard ammo. Also super frustrating japanase heavies, which force you to spam premium ammo at them, while they can just bash you with powerful HE rounds without aiming at weak spots. Also a lot of old tanks, who feel totally forgotten, and in current game realities are obsolete (same T32, M26, Comet, and a lot more especially on mid tiers). But then we get totally OP new russian tanks, who heavily outmach same tier other nations counterparts on majority of parameters, especially armor. Maybe that supposed to be fun?

5) Poor map balance. Wont go into details as this post is already to long for me, but here are at least several maps, which offer for one side huge advantage. That isn't fun either.

5) Poor map balance. Wont go into details as this post is already to long for me, but here are at least several maps, which offer for one side huge advantage. That isn't fun either.

1.MM puts any med/light to +2 as they supose to SPOT and get exp from that not be damage dealers (there are some tanks as dealers but not all) so learn what your tank supose to do in wich battle as WG crteated some sort of job for every tank class. So by your statement you would like to be always in Top with your churchill  and kill easy Tier 3/4/5 tanks and make there owners feel cant do nothing about it?Dont think you are so special so whole online game would be rebuild to suit just your needs.

2.Arty is more than fine these days considering what it was before, and you should remember with such count of battles, ill be better 10 times stuned and taken just logic enough 100-150dmg per shot in my Maus than get one shot or 2.9k dmg and stay one shot in my Maus in old days.

3.No one stops you load your Churchill (even it doesnt worth it) and shoot gold back, but if you want cry about gold and gold ammo users go read a book about any business economy and join some trollls topics where they ask why gold ammo is needed...one word INCOME!

4.Never compare new released and old tanks to each other as the new ones are closed to current meta and might be better in current gameplay, thats why all even WG knows there is tanks wich need rebalance but you cant do that in one day, give some time. For now just dont play tanks who is far away from current gameplay.Stop crying once again about house tanks like Type4/5 just learn how outcome them they ARE NOT INVINCIBLE!

5.You blind or just idiot...or maybe pretending to be one....new upcoming update is changing maps in full with taking out advantages of one or other side.

But in the end...after so many WHAT A POINT from you..i would ask you what the hell you still doing here?Go play some more colourful single game where you can use cheat of God Mode and feel pro.Enjoy there

P.S If you grow up some balls we happy to see you back.Peace

Lots of people will disagree with you, as they still enjoy the game, but I'd respectfully point out that you got a hell of a lot of games worth of enjoyment out if it while it lasted - good luck to you in your future gaming!

I write stuff like this, because i care about this game, and want it to be successful. But all i see, it falling apart, and going from 1KK players at peak hours, to 120K. It's really sad. And people leaving not because here are serious concurrency, but mainly because they are frustrated, and game isn't fun anymore as it used to be.

Stopped reading after "OP artillery" as the poster has clearly shown that he has no clue about the game.

well ill bite..

1) it depends on the tanks, but if you cant stand playing the tank, why are you playing it? find something you actually enjoy playing

its like you prefer to inflict pain on yourself.... (why? )

2) how are they OP? half of them don't even have positive winrates overall and some don't even have stun... some hit heavy tanks for so little damage they focus fire lights and meds just to contribute...

3)premium ammo doesnt "auto defeat" armour that is played well, there are many tanks that can block it

not to mention, majority of heavies still manage to block close to their hitpoints or higher on average WITH the premium spam

imagine how overbuffed these would be if you removed the prem ammo?

those shells ARE the balance to heavies.. they need to nerf them across the board on a tank by tank basis

4)see my point above

5)some maps are slightly imbalanced, mines is, but you must look at it from a developer point of view and see that it is much harder than the simple measures you state here

some are not imbalanced on other servers, so how do you balance something that is only imbalanced on 1 of the many server clusters WG have? well, you most likely wont waste time on doing so

just my 2 cents

I will agree with point number 5 but everything else is more or less bs.

1) Not true, you're vastly exaggerating, if you really want to know what kind of MM spread you had then download replay analyzer and see for yourself. When you do end up in a +2 battle, you will only see 3 tanks that are two tiers higher and if my math is correct that leaves 12 other tanks that are not two tiers higher.

2) Really, OP artillery? You have quite a few battles under your belt so I'm sure you remember how arty used to be, maybe even how it used to be before that. I don't know how can anyone in their right mind call current arty OP, you can call it annoying but not OP.

3) I can't be bother to write about it.

4) What's the point of playing tank "X"? That's easy, ask yourself these two questions. Is tank "X" fun to play, if the answer is yes then that is the purpose of tank "X", then ask yourself is tank "X" used to farm credits, if answer is yes then that is the purpose of tank "X", if the answer is no for both questions then tank "X" is a stepping stone for the tank you actually want. It's kind of pointless to discuss general balance, on one hand some tanks are simply better than others, but on the other hand different tanks shine in different circumstances.

Yeah, the idea is "move with the meta".

Current MM is good for tiers 5, 7 and 9, no so good if you stick to your good old tiers 6 and 8, where you cross fingers while clicking on "battle".

Fun is not encouraged. Just look at the proliferation of posts from the more serious forum stalwarts, some of whom are so invested in their stats they have forgotten this is nothing more than an arcade game, and of no consequence whatsoever in the real world.

Tell that to those who compete in the WGL Grand Finals for cash prizes.

Tell that to those who live off twitch donations/youtube income.
