Well I was thinking that maybe I would want to play my T-43 again sometime and I'd have no crew to put in it.

There's arguably little reason to keep the T-43, generally regarded as a very mediocre and 'boring' T7 medium tank. The T-44 grind will be painful enough without a stock crew.

(Before getting the T-44, consider researching the D10T gun on the IS, as well as saving up enough credits (500k) for the suspension and enough free XP for the turret. Cheapest way of making the tank a little less useless. Yes, it's a crappy grind.)

Sadly i don't have the IS so I'm gonna have to free xp the turret aswell as the gun. As for the T-43...i do more dmg that 97% of the people that play it

Put T-43 crew on T-44.

If you want to keep T-43, train new crew in T-54 proto.

85BM gun is way better then iD10T gun :hiding:

Put the crew with perks into the T-44. As said above a tier VIII without a good crew is a liability to the rest of the team.

If you like the T43, and do well in it, then by all means use it to train up a new crew. But as said above T43 is a pretty average to poor tier VII medium and there are better tier VIIs in other nations. But USSR has a number of different medium lines so high perk Russian crews are always useful.

Agreed. If you want to drive the T44 put the best crew you have and try to unlock the best gun with free XP first.

Then you can use the T43 to train a new crew. As you clearly play well in it, it will be less of a grind.

Personally I use my 3 marked T-34 as my crew trainer. As it's tier 5 it makes a good income too, you need to play the lower tiers to maintain your credits as tier 8+ gets more expensive to run. (unless you have premium/premium tanks)

If you can afford it always retrain often I d it with sliver not you going to lie. You can actually double retrain for silver, retrain the crew then the skill and have the base crew at 100% fyi this loses perk/skill level down by I do It if I can't be bothered with parting gold

Good old "I want to keep this tank while also playing the next one" dilemma that simply has no good solution. Flip a coin or something. Check you garage, you may have a bunch of 100% Soviet medium crewmen there (latest was T-29 that brought a bundle) - they make a better base for a new crew than hiring 75%ers. Or obtain girls for a new crew. Or buy Rudy when it shows up in the premium shop, it comes with a good crew.
