The 1375 is hilarious, but the BC12t is meh. I love-hate my EVEN, which I finally got to 2 MOE's. What would you say my feelings for the T92 would be should I get it?

150 alpha, 175pen APCR (so worse actual penetration) with garbage DPM for the alpha (yeh 2k is not good for this alpha) and the gold is crappy 210 HEAT that costs INSANE CREDITS for a single shot, you will bleed credits if you dare touch that 2 key. its dispersion values are godlike but the end accuracy is not very good at 0.38, EVEN90 has the exact same accuracy with more alpha and a clip (tho much worse dispersion).

60kmh is not fast enough for a LT, tho its HP/t is pretty good. its wide AF so sitting in smaller bushes is kinda hard.

One major problem with this tank is the fact you will be destroyed by other LT's very easily. your gun cannot outmatch any other LT unless they are utterly stupid players, also.. one MAJOR issue.. it rocks every time you stop. it rocks so bad you cant use your gun in aiming mode manually as it flies all over the place. you have to auto aim and hope for the best if you think about "juking" shots.

One of the worst tier 8 LT's thanks to that horrible tier 5 gun, wide platform and top speed being too limited. at least it looks cool, but thats all it has going for it.

Edit: EVEN90 has 215 apcr gold ammo too. and still cheaper.

It's a strong Aye, Burrows.

edit: wow, I have exactly the same damage average as assist after 610 games with it  #balance

I like lights.

I own;

AMX 13 57

AMX Even 90

Type 64

Type 62

M41 90 GF

and the T92.

It's not good.

I still enjoy it.

If you like lights, and accept that the T92 and AMX Even 90 are actually pretty rubbish. The tech tree lights all took a hit from the nerf bat when the tier X lights came into the game. The premium lights released post that nerf have all been inferior to the tech tree lights, which of course themselves are inferior to how they used to be. If you like lights buy it.  (a) it's fun in it's own inadequate way, (b) it trains a USA crew, (c.) it makes quite good silver.

If you like lights then yes, it's a decent one.

Alpha is low and it could do with a DPM buff, but the gun is very good aside from that, super comfortable.

All round it's a very comfy tank if you know what you are doing, amaze balls gun handling, -10 gun depression, very high hp/ton so zips around all over the place, high shell velocity (it also has very low pen drop off, you still have like 170 pen at like 500m IIRC), very good camo (only 6% behind ELC Even, only slightly below T-100 LT), low profile and 400m view range.

Of course it's a tier 8, and it's got no armour, 1k hit points and 150 alpha in a corridor meta dominated by armour, so it's hardly strong, but it's fun.

It also has ok accuracy so you can actually snipe with it.

One thing to notice here is the tank traverse on softer ground. It reeaaaally slows down.

Erm it apprently has one of the highest credit "coefficient" at tier 8 yet its not even on VBaddicts charts for best earners. my guess is because the alpha is crap, pens terrible and the HEAT ammo cost is way too dam high for it to even earn anything.

Edit: yeh what jakobbson said. IT TURNS LIKE CRAP on  soft ground. EVEN90 has this issue too. it really pisses me off that they could do this to a LIGHT TANK thats specialises in MOBILITY and they do something as stupid as that. whoever did that needs firing.

A mod actually stated this, as people was complaining about the terrible HEAT cost. tho they was ether lieing or the tanks simply not capable of making credits as its not even on VBaddict for being a top earner.

Yeh it does which is a bit stupid and something you need to watch out for.

It's 14th for net profit, only just behind the Skorp G and only about 2-3k credits from the top 8, so it's ok.

I found the profitability really good because of the spotting earnings and the fact the HEAT is so rubbish anyway there is no point using it.

Sadly not many maps allow spotting. so being a good earner "now and then" is kinda lame.

It's a challenging tank, not OP nor UP. If you know the strength and weaknesses of this tank and work the former and hide the latter then it's a decently good LT. I enjoy it a lot.

Put assault and encounter on.

Plus lights do better in the 'constant tier 10 games' meta that tier 8s have at the moment. Have like a 65% solo win rate in the thing, I'd currently rather play a T92 than most of my other regular MM tier 8s.

I've not seen a list of any kind for awhile. There was a guy on the USA server who did a calculation for all tanks, and it rather looked like all the tier VI premiums had 1.35, and all the tier VIII premiums had 1.575.

Source = https://drive.google...XVaOEc0cG8/view

But that resource is no longer up dated and so there is no data for recent lights such as M41 90GF, AMX Even 90, or the T92.

But as I said in point (c.) above I have found my T92 to be rather generous with silver generation.

Food for thought, really. A big "thank you!" to all that have chimed in so far! I will dwell on it for a bit, but it does look tempting...

Id think anything a T92 can do. EVEN90 does better. it has a sting nobody wants to take and camo to abuse for scouting/active scouting, its tiny so it can abuse small bushes easily. only thing T92 has is HP/t and aimtime.

The ammo bill after one of those rare games where you were left alone to fight evil TD's :(

I dare to say the gun is from russian production...it's that accurate.

0.38 same as EVEN90. it just "aims" faster.

Overall the gun is good for killing low HP targets, don't expect much more than that. It has good velocity and can shoot on the move.

It's a good scout having view range and good camo. (Not as good as even 90 though).

It's quick to top speed but that is pretty limited.

As a Scout it's good, as a tank, not so much. The gun lacks Alpha and burst damage in a 1 on 1 with anything.

It's one of few tier 8 premium light tanks, the black dog is undeniably better at killing, the Even 90 is a better scout. But the T92 is a good little scout that doesn't suffer from the 380 VR the Even 90 has. As well as it being more accurate on the move. Though it lacks any kind of punch.
