If there is any administrator from support center that actually cares what people send them in ticket and not just copy/paste usual answers back please pm me! 
But i guess, that, it does not exist for this game...

You will be luck to get an answer from the forum mods let alone someone from support I'm afraid

I  have always recicived prompt replies from wg administration and they have always been very curteous and professional.

Although I have not had to contact them for some months now and things may be different.

What was the nature of your ticket?

In 3 months i got allmost same answer for 3 tickets teamkills and insults on national base, also i got answer from 1 guy in support center that does not even exist in game. :) So i wanna know if there is an actual person there or a pc send answers automatically :)

Maybe the reply just matches the quality of the ticket?

But as said, support has nothing to do with administration, and neither group frequents the forums, so don't expect any official to reply here.

Support are real people alright. You will receive a answer according to the policies we follow, you might not necessarily like or agree with the answer but that is another story.

Depends on what you are asking for. Some stuff they get 10 000 tickets a day from, with issues they can't really do much with. So thus you get that copy paste response to speed it up I suspect. Even more so if it's about TK's. As they have a system for it. And they don't go for one hit wonders. If they did, they would waste even more time on that vs other actual issues.

Yes if you read their policy they generally don't answer complaints about tking or offensive language or gold shell usage.or this tank is op whines.

After all they are admin and not game developers.

I did get someone chat banned once as this person was making deathtreats to me.

I can't say if they are real people or not.. I once got a reply signed with a name (not going to say what it was, though) I found a little bit surprising to see in WoT... well maybe some people have 2nd careers or it's just a freak coincidence...:amazed:

Yeah, it was too much from me to say it was pc's sending reply. True. But its a copy/paste for sure, or people who dont play game at all.
I got insulted on national base in 1 game from 3 players that was from same country(wont say which one) and what was answer in ticket."We are sorry, i encountered players like that..." And what can you do if they all report you, you get 3 reports and you can report them only once cause ofcourse other players dont give a crap 99% of the time? If reports are accumulated as they say you are in worse position then others, and you are closer to getting banned then those offenders... So i think support center of the game that gets my money for premium should think a little bit more about it, hm?

Sanctions (chat or game bans) are not announced or commented on, that doesn't mean your ticket hasn't been dealt accordingly. I understand that this might not satisfy you fully but we certainly don't tolerate or approve of insults, abuse or derogatory comments of any context. Trust me when I am telling you that no one here is squeamish to ban someone if he deserves it.

Well, I have some bad news for you. Support staff is not replying on forum so it would be a bit hard for them to get back to you on forum. However, I can tell you that they do care about the players and reading your tickets carefully.
 

On the other hand, copy/paste answers are not bad for you. Majority of the tickets they receive, are in similar fashion and it would be waste of time to get back to each one of them with unique replies and if this would be the case waiting time in the queue would be higher. Actually those copy/paste answers are good for you.

Hold those horses there. WG may not approve of them but they do tolerate them to a certain degree.

Oke wait, why do I get an automated copy/paste response when I send in a well written ticket about a clear bot, 53k games in just 10 months? Stating that it will be dealt with by the autosystem, which is why the account is still here after multiple sweeps... Just ban it manually for crying out load, a player can’t play 15hours a day (bare minimum)for 10 months, they would litterally die from all kinds of things.

Take it from someone who's worked in video game support (not for wargaming): Canned responses are good, they solve 99% of customer issues. In customer support they are typically pasted together by a human, not a machine. And relax your egos a bit, WG may well be taking action (or not) but no one is going to come to your house and sit and comfort you on your bed and explain that they took the bad player away for you or whatever.

I'm taking that with a huge chuck of salt. Unless staff is replaced on a weekly basis, if we bothered to compile the names replying to tickets there would be hundreds of people doing that job. I'm skeptical.
