Hi guys, I need help interpreting what the problem is. It is the first time I have used it since it is the first time I have problems with lags/packet loses.Yesterday everything was fine. Today unplayable. There is too much red colour in the picture but I cant make heads or tails out of it.

Can anyone help, please?

I'll hazard a guess.

Network overloaded/problems between DT and DE-CIX.

Well so am I screwed or am I screwed? Will my ISP be able to do something about it?

I would say your ISP might be able to do something since it appears to be where they peer to the outside world.  Hop 2 and hop 5 both appear to belong to T-mobile. 

The problems probably start at hop 6 although it's not 100% certain and it could be that hops 6,7, and 8 have totally independent problems.
