Mines 10 TIER

Mines is just not for high tier (8-10) tier tanks, its just awful. artys shoot first each other and its just too small map for 8-10 tier tanks who need bigger playground.

What a novel idea! I don't think we've seen a thread covering this exact subject in atleast 3 days.

Mines is fine, it's a nice change from those boring city/corridor fests, it's a nice action packed fast snack-map in between all the boring drawn out slug-fests.

 

Leave it in, I like some variation.

True. I don't see a problem in arty first shooting each other though.

Would be a nice mechanism, as long as enemy arty is alive arty cannot shoot (damage) other classes. Next they have to shoot heavies, and ony when dll arty and heavies are dead are they able to shoot the other classes.

Much as I am beginning a romance with arty and its evil ways, on some maps arty shouldn't be allowed.

Is the talk about the map Mines or about a new p2w feature that let's you spawn invisible AT mines?

North dominating south seems like the bigger issue, hopefully HD changes that.

yo buddy just wait for wot 1.0 to come out, it changes the map alot, lets see what they bring before bringing this up again.

While Mines isnt my favorite map, i think its not that bad as many others. And also in 1.0 Mines got a rework, and i honestly think it got better. The bigger problem connected to maps is the tank class "penalty"... you know for 5-6 battles in a row light tank = ensk, himmelsdorf, kharkov, stalingrad,(and the same with arty) etc. and for heavies prokhorovka, malinovka, and other open maps..... For me the most hated maps depends on tank classes, but maybe i hate Tundra and Windstorm the most.

Does the map get bigger? If it becomes 1000x1000 meters, the map will most likely be fine. Otherwise I think the map should be moved down a couple of tiers. At the moment you can just not push anywhere if the other team has the hill when playing tier 10.

Mines is perfectly fine just CHANGE south spawn on encounter PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD WG! south team have I saw 30% win chance in encounter (there are stats in the maps section) how can they not change such big unbalance... on sorry my bad I forgot they don't read or care about us at all :deer:

Its ok if arty is there but map is just too small its my only broblem for high tier tanks

This has been a problem since launch. If they haven't fixed it yet I doubt they ever will.

Excuse me, but isn't it basically a single corridor?

You're a LT driver based on your other posts right? How is this map fun in any way since there is basically one way to go and snack / be snacked. 

It's basically the same amount of fun as pressing battle and doing a coin flip, what's that adding to the variety?

 

Sure this can be fun in PZ 1 C, but above that? Maybe we can have the IS-8 ball tank game back permanently for that kind of fun.
