Why cant we sell personal reserves? I think it could be a good option for us. I will never again activate a single one, cause it always causes serious losing streaks, so id sell them. The only one personal reserve which has positive effect sometimes is the creditbooster, but i dont have much of them. All the others are defeatmagnets, so no thanks....

I know there are 1000% satisfied ppl who love personal reserves, but they cause only a headache for me. Good for you if they are working for you.

Let me tell you something, personal reserves doesn't have any effect on your win/lose streaks at all.

Why you can't sell them, I don't know the reason behind this at this moment but I can ask and get back to this topic to share the answer but I personally recommend you to use them instead of selling them.

Yes, on paper they dont. But it do look like if i activate them, those 15:0 battles come one by one..... I didnt want to start a whine thread, just wanted to mention that it could be good to sell them. Im not alone who experience the same with PR-s...

Well you have to take into account that it's weekend, so losing streaks and bad players and games have 99.9% more chance to show up. Just use them any other weekday and they'll pay off :)

Seriously WG, have you ever considered to make a second forum only for tin-foil hat lovers?

Look up the term "confirmation bias" sometime, it should be quite..enlightening.

Kinda counters the tinfoil users that think premium time makes them lose more when it expires. While this makes them lose more when it's active. And for WG to have that practice.. would make zero sense. Why would you lose more when using something you can buy for gold even?

We can neither confirm nor deny that.

Interesting fact about tin foil...

Most is between 8 & 10 thou, that's thousands of an inch.

Have you ever noticed there's a shiny side and a dull side?

That's because to roll it to this thickness the manufacturer have to roll two sheets at once, the rollers cannot roll to this thickness, or thiness, for one sheet. Hence a shiny side that's in contact with the rollers and a dull side that's in contact with the other sheet of tin foil.

Interesting fact over:)

Some may think of that as trivia, but I'm so sad I actually found it interesting.

Only use them if you are willing to waste them and quit playing if things start to go wrong. It's thinking you have to get full value from personal reserves that causes the problems, you just dig yourself into a hole where you are worried about losing or wasting the reserve so you end up playing badly anyway.

And I'm sure that you kept a careful record and are now able to post the statistical proof?  No?  That's a surprise.

I learned more from that post than I have from 5 years of playing WOT...

This.

You have the feeling you must play 1h 2h or even 4h non stop when you should not rush or play because it is one of those days where you take all the wrong decisions.

I personnaly wish they would be a 10 battles or any number instead of time : I very seldom play more than 3 or 4 battles in a row.

Well, me and a lot of people I've talked to have noticed decreasing winrate and worse MM with personal reserves (especially creds PR) in the past. I'm not a big believer of coincidence either...

And yet neither you nor any of these "a lot of people" have offered even one shred of actual proof of this.

If this was indeed true it shouldn't be that hard to provide said proof.

Same as when I got a premium day : I try to make the best of it and it goes wrong : you are not in the "I'm having fun" state of mind.

But it s only my intuition ;)

Dont need a proof, as i dont want to convince you. I didnt want to convince anyone by starting this thread.... I dont really care if you experience the same or not, believe or not. After having hours of normal gameplay i activate PR and many things gets bad.... This is it, you believe or not. Many experience the same. I hope you dont, and be happy if not.
