With edits to maps, especially maps like Erlenberg, you have large bunch of trees that form a wall you cannot see through. Same issue with dense patches of forest. It's annoying because you don't see anything where you are driving or what is on the other side, except if you go to sniper mode. They don't disappear when you are close, either, just the one's next to camera (behind the tank) disappear.

Is it just me, or am I missing some graphics setting? Have tried "vegetation quality" and "foliage transparency" in settings.

Well... that's pretty much the point of dense vegetation, isn't it?

Maybe I have wrong end of stick so to speak, wouldn't be surprised happens several times a day....

Surely the purpose of dense bushes and trees is not being able to see through them?

My favourite place to park, or camp depending on your outlook, in TDs....

Am I mistaken, or do unfallen trees add no camo to your own, nor do they act as a screen to your fire if far enough behind them?  I too find it a little difficult in 1.0 to judge how well positioned in soft cover I am.

No, standing trees give cammo too. I find it out the hard way! :(

Maybe, but I still would like that trees and bushes 5-10m in front of you turn transparent (in 3rd person view!), so you would see where you are driving, similar to sniper mode.

They do, but you have to be behind the foliage, if you stay behind the tree trunk, you don't get any camo.

They do, it's all about relative positioning.

Don't mind that the muzzle doesn't do any spotting, it's only for illustrative reasons.

In A they see each other, as tree trunks offer no camo, while in B the tank on the left might spot the tank on the right, shoot it even, all while remaining unspotted.
