Is there a setting to turn down or disable completely the sound of zeppelin engines?

They are excessively loud.

Aeronautical engines tend to be noisy... maybe we can forbid to those pesky fighters to fly so low... what is the government doing about this issue? :izmena:

I do have to say that given my avatar, Zeppelins should be cranked up to at least 12.

They come from the land of the ice and snow, from the midnight sun where the hot springs flow!

A Led Zep themed tank would have been way cooler than that dumba$$ Sabaton nonsense. Mine would have been called Stairway to Goldspam.

or in-game music, 'Dazed and Confused' for an arty stun, 'Over the Hills and Far Away' plays when a TD gets you, 'Communication Breakdown' when a lemming train departs, ......

I think Communication Breakdown is likely better for someone going YOLO. Either the Immigrant Song or possibly Stairway to Heaven are better for lemming trains, IMO.

At the end of a long play session, though, I think I am likely to switch bands and join a cult.....

First reply was on topic. The rest of us have been in an off-handed way, essentially saying that we disagree. Frankly I have never noticed the Zeppelin noises. It is the aircraft flybys that drive me crazy.... but I just consider it part of the game.

I just thought the Zeppelins were a bit odd.... the wrong war.

Why don't we just call them Jefferson Airships, and have done with it?

They could have made them barrage balloons. Would have been more plausible, albeit a bit weird relative to the pastoral setting. Seems like WG is increasingly trying to capture the attention of eight year old kids with its map detailing.
Haven't noticed the noise sorry. Although it's true I've gone a bit deaf playing classic rock riffs on my leccy guitar. Whole lotta love is one of the main culprits, funnily enough.

My ears are still ringing from trying to master the bass line from Heartbreaker.
