How do you guys do anger management when your team is so bad so bad it hurts?

Please give your methods, the rest of us could sometimes need inspiration. Because no one wants to do things, and regret it later.

If I get bored or annoyed, I simply quit and do something else. It's as simple as that.

I don't.

I curse A LOT at everyone who deserves it in my opinion.

Venting makes me feel better and nobody is listening anyway so it's a win win :-D

I laugh.  Toddler tantrums have always been a source of amusement ... the feeble rants, the pointless threats and the puerile attempts to shock.

Atm? I press alt-F4 and go play Burnout Paradise Remastered. Helps to push a few cars up a wall.

If I lose my first 5 games of a session, I just put the game down and do something else. Maybe come back for a second go later on that day, probably not. When I'm on a roll, that's when I play a lot in one day.

I don't get angry but if I'm getting frustrated over one bad map after the other and teams of questionable quality then I switch server. That usually does it for some reason. I'm liking the map rotation in 1.0 though so the times are good.

Sit back with the Doritos and a beer and have a damn good laugh at the antics and appreciate the show!

If your getting angry then you've lost perspective, this is a game , of zero value to you or anyone other than WG, so if your getting angry about it then get a life fella!

bad teams i can live with, what drives me over the edge is getting rammed in the cap circle when the  timer gets to zero while driving an unarmored td like the borsig, that just makes me shoot someone in the backside, takes a good time where i can shake it off but sometimes i just express my feelings
