Does anyone know how long it should take for world of tanks player support to respond to you?

im trying to get an exception on my steyer wt but its been almost four hours!

is it because its Easter Monday?

Almost 4 hours? Seriously? It won't anywhere near the top of the queue yet. 2 days is realistic. 

 

Although if you've played your Steyer and want a refund it will 100% be a no.

not a refund an exeption, i sold it a while back,

You might get very lucky but don't expect to if it's gone past the deadline to get it back.

Today especially is still an Easter holiday in many countries, so I wouldn't have expected a response to anything today no matter when it was asked. If you don't get a response by Thursday I'd start getting frustrated.

Luckily for you the 1357 GF change is all handled automatically so there won't be a load of tickets for that. But you only have to look on this forum to see all the stupid reasons tickets are sent in. 

 

And only a fraction of the WoT player base comes here. So the customer service team have a load of rubbish to read through before getting to a ticket that is actually reasonable.
