Just broke my headphones (and no they weren't cheap 2 euro ones,i paid something like 80 euros for them) due to getting angry over the stupidity of the wot playerbase.

Any advices on how not to give in to your hate?

Stop playing. It's that simple. If WoT makes you that angry then telling yourself it's just a game won't work.

including yourself, I assume?

or do you actually think that you are an average or even good player?

If you get that angry, growing up would be a sensible advice.

Apart from that, just do something else when things start to annoy you.

maybe something else is the real issue?

work not done?

time not spend with loved ones?

a girl you didn't call?

facing that might help :)

Take your meds at the right hour.

Seriously though, that kind of violent reaction is excessive in any situation - you won't ever perform well unless you can shrug this off. Playing with frustration means poor performance.
Allow yourself the learning curve and stop blaming others for your poor results (this is the second thread I see where you rant about others, but look at your own stats).

Just accept you're not as good as you would like to be - takes time to improve - and you'll always have clowns on your team going derpity derp.
I'm yellow, my stats took a nosedive over the weekend... well, yeah, I'm just not a good player - my talents probably lie elsewhere - but I still enjoy the game.

We can't all be heroes, you know.
