ok so i created a ticket on the 1st of April 2018 to swap my AMX 13 57F for the AMX 13 57, on about the 3rd or 4th of April, WG removed my amx 13 57F from my garage, and now it is the 6th of April and STILL i didnt receive my amx 13 57..

i mean, how hard can it be? 

 

For those of you that swapped your 57F's for the 57, did you get your 57 yet? is ur 57F also removed from garage and still waiting for ur 57? 

 

How long does this normally take, for those of you that did the same with the patriot and liberte? it's been 5+ days now.. i wana grind credits ;(

Mine was removed the second day I created the ticket, in like 18 hours I think. I created the ticket right in the first day when 13 57 went on sale around 10pm cet. And I got the replacement in 20 minutes or less.

Did you play it during that time because it was specifically stated you should not as it would break the swapping......Just asking.

i checked some of their accounts and they have indeed played the amx 13 57 so they got their tanks for sure

i also created ticket the very first day, but instead my 57F got removed and i didnt get the 57.. so irritating

Long_Range_Sniper had the same problem - until a moderator noticed and fixed it.

 

Not too sure if it's user fault (playing the tank when told not to), some WG-related issues or if, like Vuque suggested on Wednesday's stream, a result of tank removals and additions being done in batches (go figure...). A moderator bothering to make an inquiry would likely be a result of knowing that it's abnormal or for mere personal reasons (which is not that unlikely, despite the moderator's role being limited to forum cleanup, not socialization).

Mine was taken from my garage, and no replacement in a few hours. So I raised a ticket which they didn't answer for two days and then they acknowledged that the swap hadn't happened the way it should have happened.

 

They forwarded the case to some "technical department" and then the tank appeared in an hour.

well, my friend played my account after i made a ticket for 3 battles on the night of the 1st of April, i forgot to tell him not to play the 57F.. so i decided to create a new ticket on the 2nd of april asking for it to be swapped again, so i understand that the 1st ticket got invalid etc, but uhm, REMOVING my 57F and not giving the 57 in return..

awesome, which ticket section btw? i tried making a 3rd ticket to the 57F tank swap option but no one reads that ticket, it is only automated replies in that section.. so i made a ticket a few minutes ago to Premium tank Restoration.. thats the only one i can think of which is similar which will help me get the 57

Well they did say it was a fully automated process and computers are terrible at logical thinking and interpretation :D

well it has been 3 days since i made the ticket and they haven't responded.. pathetic service 

4563340 ticket number if any moderators can bring it under attention of customer support ..

I have foiund Customer Support quite good. A "question" ticket I opened did take a week to get a reply to, but it was a difficult issue, and I did get an "apologies for deley" in the reply.

 

If you want a moderator to take action, IIWY I'd PM them, I don't think they read every post on the forum....

Moderators can't help you and even if you message them, they will just say contact support!
