Delayed hit registration since 1.0

Since 1.0 is live there seem to be a delay in hit registration... atleast I see it when I play myself or watch streams ( and the streamers mentioned it too ) Is there an actual reason for that WG ?

Before 1.0 when you hit some1 the dmg done was instantly removed from his health... since 1.0 you hit some1 and the dmg done and deducted from his health is delayed by around .03 to .05 secs as if the RNG dice now needs longer to decide what number it drops.

Sign. And sometimes when u get hit the hit sound appears 1-2 sec later aswell.

Got shot by a T95 on a LT, there was no sound of steel being crushed.

I can't say I've had this too many times, I've had the exact opposite. I saw tons of health losses on release that occurred 1 to 2 seconds before the tracer hit the tank, and the hit sound played. Most of the time I get delayed hit sounds I have dropped packets/high ping. Now it is mostly stable for me.

I've noticed it. Sometimes, when I get hit, I get a delayed sound and damage. Sometimes no sound (which is pretty annoying as I'm half blind) and sometimes when I shoot at people there is a delay in registering damage.

I thought it was my connection playing up but clearly it isn't.

Never had the sound to be delayed. Most of the time its not even there after 1.0.

Hopefully it will be fixed soonish. It can be frustrating when you rely on the hit sound to pull back

Noticed that when having a laggy session. Maybe it's because all the additional graphics and all that being loaded... if they get loaded?

I've noticed that too. Not often, but surely noticable.

To give an impression of "delay", you are commanding an T-100-LT and use APCR and it feels like shooting HE at long range in terms of time delay until the hit is registered.

Did some clicking yesterday.

Seems to be a delay in "firing" as well

Normally you could hold the mouse button and your tank would fire as soon as it was reloaded.

 

Doesn't happen like that anymore.

Sometimes I have to click 3x for the game to register the shot.

That's with 20-30ms latency

Apart from the hit sound bug i have noticed a delay between tracer and the report when you hit a tank. Seems they are not synchronised, also shell flight time seems to be slower.
That wasn't on CT or on SB before.

had something like this last night on erlenberg. Suddenly my crew was knocked out and my engine and tracks-I thought wtf, then I actually saw the arty shot hit a second or so later, with the appropriate sounds and crew messages.  I had a 26-30 ping and 115 fp so it was not on my side

I've played 3 or 4 battles in 1.0 so far and I also noticed the delay. On every occasion I thought my shots did not penetrate. Very annoying but I guess it's a matter of getting used to it.

Noticed all of the above mentioned.
And it makes me rage or get disappointed for a second because I think my shoot didn't do damage though it got in the right penetrable spot. Annoying bug and hope wg will fix this soon!
