I only played STA-2 which I find to be a good tank. It is fast, good gun handling, avarage damage per shot, pretty good money maker. Cons: kind of tall but still smaller than the M4 Rev.

CDC is a glass cannon with a gun that has horrible handling.

Mutz was the topic on another thread in which the general gist was "do not buy this".

STA-2 is probably the most commonly seen of these three, but I'd go for a Soviet medium myself.

Do not buy anything in this always bottom tier 3/5/7MM.

You will have ZERO fun in these tanks.

out of those three, definitely the STA-2.  the CDC...  yeah that tank is just horrible. Mutz is a little below average.

Apparantly, you have never played French or Japanese medium tanks, meaning that you would not have a crew for CDC or STA. Ergo, out of these three, only Mutz is a reasonable option.

CDC is a light tank that's been copy/pasted to a medium with the plans photocopied at 200% by mistake. Quick in a straight line but hamstrung by terrible soft stats on both terrain resistances and gun handling. If you have to have a French medium, the Ravioli at least earns good credits by having cheap APCR 390-alpha standard rounds.

STA-2 is a Japanese medium, so doesn't have much armour or mobility. Gun handling is ok bordering on US medium niceness but that's about all it's got going for it. If you want a Japanese trainer, the Chi-Nu Kai is a better choice while still not being particularly good.

Haven't played the Mutz and have no desire to. Panther/M10 is a better German trainer and has preferential match-making.

The Mutz is nice but my win rate is poor. Don't know if that makes the tank poor. Personally I'd go for one of the Soviet mediums. T54 1st Prototype was always pretty good but they buffed its mobility and gun etc. What else is in the shop?

CDC - negative! Repeat, negative. This is not a drill. Step away from the button marked purchase. Unless you enjoy being brutally disappointed, in which case crack on.

CDC - power crept badly needs a buff

Mutz - slightly less power crept, still needs a buff

STA2 - least bad, still not good.

Buy T54 mod 1.

It's one of my favourite tanks despite having a 25% win rate for much longer than I'd have liked (about the first 150 battles, IIRC). I'm a hipster twit when it comes to fashionable tanks but yeah, steer well clear unless you relish the prospect of a "challenging" difficulty curve (it's more of a brick wall).

On the positive side, it's a favourite target for T49 derps and arty. It's worth thinking about why that might be.

Out of those three, I wouldn't pick any of them. The only viable reason I could think to use of buying one is do you intend to grind the line that these tanks would actually help you train your crew in, or is it just to buy a Premium? Even if you were to say you're going to grind Japanese Mediums and so the STA-2 Would sound fitting, I still would not recommend it.

Cdc was good once, a long time ago. It has zero armour, so you must be very sneaky in it. It is also a bit big, though it is pretty nimble with a good power to weight ratio.

Mutz is like a better Indien Panzer, not bad.

Maybe Sta is the best all around choice of the three.

But listen to the forumites, I think there are better choices ( Lorr 40t, t54 mod 1 maybe).

Oh , and yes, important.

What nation you have high tier vehicles, so u have a good crew already.

Mod 1 is best option. It's my most played tank... But only because I am crap and need to play a lot of prem tank games to fund my hesh addiction. Don't expect it to be particularly fun, even with recent buffs. Still sluggish. Great in those 1 in 20 games you are top tier.

whatever you do, don't buy the CDC. The good looks are the only thing going for it right now.

mod1 is noob friendly.

it has really strong armor. good gun. decent to great mobility for that kind of armor.

only real downside is lower pen but you can make it workk.

out of those 3 OP mentioned... i would suggest not to buy CDC in any scenario.

and STA is probably least bad tank. it is okish but you really need to know how to play to make it work.

tanks like t44100. lorr40t..mod1. Primo Victoria. meaby guard.... are a lot better then crap like CDC.

again. if you can choose, chose mod1.

while t44100 and lorr are probably better tanks, you will do better ind mod1.

None of them. They are tier 8s.

Get the M10 instead.
