Hi guys, I currently only have one tier eight premium, and that's the Chrysler GF. I don't have a premium account, but it still makes me credits. I wonder however if ever I buy the Patriot or the Liberte, if these tanks makes more credits than the Chrysler? Thanks in advance.

That's more down to you then the tanks. Damage = credits. And if you can't play the tank well, or don't like the style of it etc vs the Chrysler K. Then I suspect no. But if you have played similar tanks before vs those two. Then perhaps.

Edit: Phone typo.

Patriot has fairly high pen standard ACPR rounds.

Whilst I'm not unicorn I've made 100k after deductions in the rare hard carry games I've had...

Ok so damage makes more credits, what about repair costs and shell costs?

you can check shell cost on tanks.gg.  patriot's shell more cheap than chrysler k

edit : if you want good credit maker you need to look at shell cost/ dmg ratio
for example m4a1 rev.   390 dmg / 580 shell cost

Those cost you credits, obviously.

The Patriot is quite good for making credits because the shells are quite cheap (about a quarter of the cost of a Liberté or T34 shell), so you can blindshoot at will, it's worth the gamble.

Easy to answer:

Patriot will make the most. It gets a very good credits multiplyer, something I have not yet seen on any of my other premium tanks. Oh well I only have that as the only premium of the new "aera".

On top I gets dirty cheap shells.

Liberte might get as good credits but the rounds are quit expensive with 1000 gold per 300 bang.

Chrysler GF should hardly make good credits on the other hand. The gun is just way to potato then to perform on point in todays matchmaking.

How much money does it make you ?

What is your average game like ?

Can you give some examples ?

Patriot will probably do more money for you, but tbh .... if you do ok with the Chrysler, you are better off spending that money on gold for premium account for some months.

Premium account on surface means 50% more creds, but keep in mind that you have to pay repair costs, ammo and consumables from that .... you might end up making double the credits / battle with the GF if you just get premium account, for 4-5 months.

Not to mention the far easier grinds, the credits you can stockpile in that period, etc ...

The reason I don't spend money on premium account is that I don't play that much. Sometimes I play 300 matches a month, other times I play no matches at all a month. So it would be better for me if premium account was by number of matches instead of time, but that's for another discussion.

As a bad player, I don't make much, sometimes I barely break even on credits with the Chrysler. I never fire gold rounds. So lets say 15 000 credits on average.

I would go with T26E5.

The reasons are that it is faster, it is less of an easy target for arty, and also because of vision.

GF has 4 crew, with the commander doing radio duty, which means he is overworked with a 380m view range turret.

T36E5 has 5 crew (separate radio operator), and 390m view range on turret.

This means that you can easily add Situational Awareness as a skill/perk, on the 2nd/3rd, which is 11.7m view range extra, on top of the 10m base.

With BIA+ coated optics, GF won't get to max view range (427m view range), Patriot will do 453 with situational awareness.

It is also a heavy so camo does not matter, which means at some point you will be able to stack Recon on top of that, as the commander is less stressed out, for 463m view range.

With that much view range, as a heavy on the frontlines (at the heavy place or the medium place if you are bottom tier), the tank will also give you a lot of assist damage.

In contrast, the M4 49 is tall, has obvious weak spot in the turret cupola, and is kinda .... blind as a bat (370m view range though it also has a 5 man crew).

On a sidenote, i have the T25 Pilot and while it's gun is kinda crappy atm, with not so great penetration, the view range is the same, currently at almost 460m and it pays off.

PS: I would wait up a little bit before getting the T26E5 or any tank.

Progetto is getting released soon, and Skorpion might be on sale.

There is also the Revalorise at t8 which is always available, cheaper and makes good creds.

You could find more info on wotreplays.eu .... look up the various tanks and look at average damage, not super amazing games.

2k damage, that area, see how much those ppl made. As long as they spend little on ammo, it is probably not with gold ammo. :)

when it comes to making credits, if it be with or without premium account

it boils down to three things: premium tank, dpm and shell cost.

the lower the shell cost the more money you have left.

and try not to get destroyed.

In my opinion patriot is crap because you almost always get into bottom tier matches. Its armor doesnt work there and nobody cares about your pew pew gun. I would rather play skorpion or strv for moneymaking.

@OP in my humble opinion the Lowe royally takes a piss on both the Liberte and Patriot.
