Ok stupid question of the day for we all need stupid questions:trollface:

What is the best way to play the TOG in battle, do you just camp and defend the base, or try to chase the battle in the hope that it comes to you or.........

just trundle around drinking tea and having a *edit?:D

Having seen the actual tank at Bovington I'm going to suggest it should be used as a road block!

tbh... with 2 other TOG's using the combined ROF. It's a platoon tank tbh. Not that well solo. Not in the current meta anyway.

I smoke a pipe, cigarettes are for women and children. It also has the added advantage when gaming, that the ashes stay in the pipe so there´s no risk of setting my keyboard on fire.

Well there's 'smoking a *edit' or 'having a *edit', but the TOG is big enough for either, or both.

Dear Sir, you have naught to fear as FLAK typically is meant to make the flying machines bugger off and not ships. Unless of course one happens to run into a certain 8.8 cm...

Block Quote

Due to its slow speed, armor that is more that of a medium tank, but excellent gun and massive hit points, the TOG II by default is not an attacking tank but more of a base defense tank, at which it greatly excels. Any enemy tanks that break through the front lines and approach the base circle area are usually damaged and have their hit points whittled down, when suddenly they are confronted with a TOG II with its full 1,400 hit points and fast firing, incinerating gun! The end for the approaching enemy tanks is almost always certain and this is where the TOG II really shines.

I actually helped win a game in my TOG once by blocking the route to the enemy base so they couldn't get back to decap :D

http://forum.worldof...0#entry15633360 and around if you did not see it.

Note, it is illegal to smoke when driving your TOG. You render yourself vulnerable to prosecution, and a fine.

You MUST:

1) Display ‘no smoking’ signs in all workplaces and vehicles - if you use your TOG in Wales, no smoking signs must be in both Welsh and English.

2) Make sure people don’t smoke in enclosed work premises or shared vehicles.

3) You must not smoke in any vehicle with anyone under the age of 18.

4) Here you're lucky - the law does not apply to a convertible vehicle with the roof completely down.

So, make sure your TOG's rear tea-room is equipped with a removable roof. If you cannot do that, try an open-turreted vehicle, a vehicle that does not have a roof, or signal to any SPGs on the red team to make your vehicle open-topped before you light up!
