Hi!

What do you guys think about a weak thrusterlike feature, which could help us turn back our tanks. A small force which turns you back. It could work only if you are turned on your side or fully overturned. I think it is really annying when some silly object or a bad move makes you fully useless for the whole battle. I think this should be solved. For those who like to be overturned because of realityfelling, go buy a real tank, make it overturned on its top and enjoy. This is a battle game so i think we should have  a chance to turn our tanks back to continue the battle. Sorry for the unpolished english..

It would be nice if they would put a tank back on his tracks after a certain amount of time, or if they want to earn some money give it as option just like food/medpack, etc.

While i think it should be completely free, as a last solution, id agree to pay for it some credits. Maybe the feature (the thrusterforce) could be implemented as a plus feature of the repair consumable if they want it to be not free.

You could always just not drive like a potato. Seriously, how often are you going Aussie-mode to require WG to code in a feature to save yourself from yourself?

I'd rather learn to drive properly than fit magical side-thrusters on my tank so that I didn't have to.

Could I also have water wings for my tanks? A couple of times recently I have made a mistake on maps where changes have been made and in trying to get a shot on an enemy, have slipped intothe water only to find no way out.

Thrusters? No.

But a righting system, which perhaps uses the repair kit, would be an idea rather than being left on your side indefinitely.

Really cant see why is it a problem if you have a chance to turn back. Sometimes bad moves occur and maybe you flip over. Thats it. If you dont like the option to turn back just stay on your top or on your side and start to slap yourself in leather clothes with a large whip. :D ENJOY. Id enjoy much better if i could turn back. And honestly think that many could enjoy the "backflip" option (you know, option so you are not obliged to use) too. If you dont like the thruster thing, it could maybe a simple "turn back button" which do the thing.

The rare times I flip my tank it is entirely my own fault and it sure teaches me to be more careful next time.

No need whatsoever to dumb down the game to solve this.

The way some people drive around makes me wonder why they don't spend half their games with the commanders head one foot into the ground and their tracks pointing skywards.

I'm fully against every kind of consumable or timer. The only thing I'd support is a turning feature activated by a teammate nearby. He pushes a button, then you push a button to slowly turn over again.

If you drive like a derp, live with it and learn to avoid it. And when an enemy toptier managed to turn his tank, you should be able to leave him wherever he is without fearing random turnovers out of nowhere.
Seriously... how many times did you turn your tank? I'm my case it's around ten times, with at least half of them due to buggy mechanics. But it was always my fault. But that's nothing to worry about.

The best way to do would be making movement more realistic. Real tanks don't do two barrel rolls after colliding with a rock.

Hey, "realistic"... ...sorry I forgot this is WG.

Also, know the difference between a game and a simulator?

What about Red Cross coming with huge CRANE to help you.

Just learn to drive or die :izmena:

I think you should personally apologise for the unpolished idea.

This has been suggested multiple times (personally my favourite was having a towbar consumable which you could use to help an overturned ally) and the message behind them all is simple.

LEARN TO DRIVE.

Would those magical thrusters be akin to the magical medical pack that brings crew back from the dead?  Which you obviously would never use, right?

Let's give all the tanks the ability to fly and tunnel under the map and every third game, randomly explode with a nuclear explosion because lols it's a game, right? If you fail to see the difference, best you sit down and shush because you're only making yourself look stupid.

Yes. Also I know the difference between a game and this computer program.

cause such a thing is not in the game ... you use your med kit on your injured crew ... there is a mild difference between beeing injured and beeing dead

The game often quotes them as dead

"The gunner is dead..."

"The loader bought the farm..."

etc
