It's really weird that some players would prefer to not have a day of remembrance for the contribution made by Australians and New Zealanders to ensuring a free Europe.

A day of remembrance in a COMPUTERGAME that is about KILLING each other.

If you were talking about such a day in a different context, I would agree.

Plus now we are all friends in Europe, right ?

A lot of remembrance already (it is okay but there is a limit) of sad events no one alive took part in, and between european countries.

In every battle/war there were terrible and savage things done by both sides, that each could say were motivated.

Well .... technically .... yeah, but it's very hard to remain friends through a Divorce.

And she wants to take the kids anyway. :(

A lot of remembrance already [...].

Not enough if you look at the state of our world, especially our big industrial nations who should have learned a few things from our past...

Its going to be Anzac’s Day on Wednesday the 25th of April . Big shout out to all . Will there be an event to celebrate this ? Would be nice

Personally I would be happier to remember that 23rd is St Georges day and celebrate that.

I guess Australia have finally joined European Union.

Now we just need China and Russia to join too and we are set.

Australia have competed in the Eurovision Song Contest, so maybe the EU has annexed them. Small world, getting smaller.

Good Lord, what a spiteful and disrespectful comment about those who were involved in global conflict. "Spurtung"? Yuck.

Indeed.  I wonder if those from countries who contributed little during those European conflicts realise (or even care about) the sacrifices made by people from outside of Europe.
