Hey boring old me again. Sorry but i'm like the proverbial dog with a bone on this. It's probably my ineptness but I still don't understand what they are trying to say.

 

So I originally created this topic to try and understand why the hall of fame showed different stats to my stats page:

Now either the forum community didn't know, don't care or just general apathy but I didn't get an answer from my peers. Clearly the next avenue was raising a ticket; which I duly did, we played some email tennis and they have closed it with what I think is still unanswered.

 

I've copied in the screenshot of the ticket just so you can see their answer answers and my reasons for reopening it - up until they closed it. Not sure if I'm breaking the rules by posting the conversation but I do need help in understanding their reasoning, hence the screenshot.

 

 

I know the hall of fame updates only on server resets (so daily) yet your stats updates instantly. So I've not played the tank since Thursday to be sure that nothing is amiss yet the CS team still keep saying that it hasn't updated yet????

 

can anyone help me or am I destined to never sleep soundly again (lol)?

Why does it even matter? 

 

Youre just wasting their time which they could use to fix serious problems

Personally, I think that the long-term stats that they show is somehow borken. At least for my maximum experience per game they do show a game that never took place.
