Hello all,

at 8.27 in the attached replay I shoot 3 times at the SP1C, whilst I have clear sight. Is there an invisible wall there or does my PC not render a pile of rubble or something else as a result of playing at medium settings?

Thanks in advance

Change texture and terrain to highest setting.

For some reason some stuff which is hard cover won't be rendered otherwise ...

Multiple locations on Erlenberg had terrible hitboxes, among them the piles of rubble in the castle area.

Playing on the highest settings so stuff should match up but it doesn't

I've had that work the other way - happily shooting tanks with no red outline (on arctic).  Maps are a bit buggered at the moment.

there are several example of this, badly rendered textures with hitboxes extending beyond that of the object.. monkey coding by WG. take note move on, I suspect these thing will actually get fixed.

There are know areas that are like that on even high settings. But WG did report early on before 1.0 did hit that med to low could result in this as well.

I've begun to call Erlenberg the 'Stalker map', for obvious reasons...

I wish that instead of a countdown mission to 1.0 they would take the time to do it right and go live with a quality product, not the typical half-assed job.

I had reviewed you replay using "Free camera mod in replays".

There is indeed a rockpile which is not visible. That rockpile appeared when I switched to free camera mode and followed your bullets (1/16 speed)

Erlenberg is totally edited. I noticed it first game I had on 1.0. Kept on shooting a little Skoda in castle and couldn't work out why I wasn't hitting him. The spotting mechanics on south edge ridge are also screwed. Was almost facehugging a jgpzre100 there yesterday and not getting spotted.
Expect a fix sometime after the sound bug is fixed. Maybe 2023.
