Tech support and ticket

 

What farse is this?

I try to send 28 time question and 28 time i get generated

answer.

And noone from tech support not ask what is problem.

If somone from tech support read this, i hope finaly answer on ticket.

Or  all depend from where you are, who you know and how much gold and tank you buy.

How impatient were you for an answer before bombarding them with repeat messages? If you've sent the same message 28 times you are probably subject to their spam filter.

The forum can't help make support give you the answer you are looking for but if you ask your question here we might be able to help.

I Ask question and get generated answer and ticket closed.

Problem not solved.

I make again ticket totaly same answer and closed and nothing solved.

I send empty message and totaly same.I hope i get diferent answer question or some help but......

Totaly same answer and ticket close.

I continue to send msg and wait to ,, human,, answer but now is 32 msg with totaly same answer and closed after answer.

 

 

And ?

I can to some degree understand why you only get standard answers.

 

 

what is the problem precisely?

in short, english sentence?

Instead of creating a new ticket each time try reopening the closed one.

He's done well to get 28 responses from support in that time.

Even they take 3 days usually and it's been only about a week since the ban wave.

Finaly answer 

but after say magic word ,, court,,

And normaly WG not make nothing ilegal.

If I have been deprived of the right to own and manage my belongings, and therefore I have the right to compensation and refund. 

Now  my lawyer send  an official request for compensation and refund in out-of-court settlement or with a lawsuit.

But becouse none on Cyprus process will be start on diferent way.

I’d like to see something like this go to court just to test out what legally WG are, and aren’t, allowed to do.

You still didn't enlighten us what exactly the problem is and you still didn't show us an example of your 3895 messages sent to support. That way nobody is able to help or to judge the situation, making this entire thread completely pointless.

Right now we only know that you most likely got banned for using illegal mods, which limits my sympathy to a sarcastic "Aaaaaaw, must suck to be you...", especially given your lawsuit threat.

 

Hint: You might want to read the rules you agreed with multiple times.

Hint: You never owned anything here.

Regardless of what WG says, or the sympathy you have for the OP, isn’t the real issue is what your, as a customer, legal rights are if WG decides to terminate your ‘service’. Let’s say I just splashed out on £50 of gold and I got the e-mail from WG. Do I have any redress in that situation?

I was digging a bit.

 

So we have these Terms of Sevice:

Termination for Cause

13.1 Our and your statutory rights to close your Account and terminate these Terms of Service for good cause remain unaffected by these Terms of Service.

13.2 If such a termination for cause is prompted by a breach of a contractual obligation under these Terms of Service from our side, you are entitled to (i) a refund for any payments made by you for Gold that at the time of termination has not been used by you in exchange for other Virtual Goods; and (ii) a pro-rata refund of payments for any premium membership active for your Account at the time of termination. Other than that, you will not be entitled to any refunds or compensation.

 

Suspension or termination by Wargaming

13.5 We will only close your Account and terminate these Terms of Service in very serious circumstances where we consider that a suspension is not sufficient. For example, this might include a very serious contravention of these Terms of Service, the Forum Rules, or the Privacy and Cookie Policy or where you have contravened these Terms of Service, the Forum Rules, the Privacy and Cookie Policy or any of them on numerous occasions. The same may apply for very serious contravention or contraventions on numerous occasions against (i) a EULA, or (ii) specific Game Rules, which you accepted when installing the Game.

 

Interesting part here is 13.2: If WG breaches the contract, you get your money back, if you breach the Terms of Service (and thus the EULA) you accept, that you do not get any compensation.

 

Furthermore, I found two legal cases in Germany, where the court confirmed, that account termination due to breach of EULA (AGB in Germany) is completely fine, and the EULA is fully applicable.

So, at least from a German point of view, if you get bannd because of violation of the EULA or the Terms of Service, you are screwed, no matter how much money you sank into the game.

I not cry for acc.

I ask explanation why im banen and answer  is special investigation.

I ask him to document this and give some evidence?

Answer is special investigation.

No evidence or something like that.

 

I not ask refund for gold what i spend  and premium account what i pay.

I ask refund for premium tank what is mine and gold what i not spend.

In term of service and in law this i my property.

 

I offer to refund me out of court  but.......nothing

Now on court story is litle diferent.

All money what i pay +income and all thing about this.

Law is very precisly about this also terms of service  and eula.In all cases terms of servicea is on my side.

Why is on my side?

 no evidence i brake  any rule.

And acces to,, my property ,,is restricted without any refund 

Complet terms of use eula and law is analised and from this my lawyer say ,, offer WG out court solution.If WG not accept we go to court.,,

so is not empty word

In cas like thi lawyer get mone from,,loser side,,.

I not pay nothing

He not start if not have 10000% success in this.

Not being a German speaker, what were the reasons for account termination?
