Since v1.0 was released I have been unable to play the game on my laptop. I don't run any mods and I haven't changed the laptop configuration in the four years I have been playing WOT on it. Support from WG has been useless, I've supplied 6+ WGCHECK files as requested with the only feedback being 'update your video drivers' even though the drivers are only days old. The ticket has been set to 'Solved' several times without any actual resolution being supplied e.g. 'Try again tomorrow' isn't a resolution ...

Used to use a 4 year old laptop to, 4 core I7 but weedy 840m GPU.

When Encore came out decided old laptop was struggling so bought a new pc.

Maybe time for an upgrade?

Did 1.0 change something in terms of DirectX?
