Buy everything on sale.

Kits you can buy lots of and sell them when you need money : some kind of bank.

Don't use 10k kits except fire fight.

When you upgrade a tank dont forget to sell unused gun, turret, ammo, ...

And yes don't buy hundred of useless tanks, stick to 2 or 3 lines.

I personnaly don't think premium tanks are a nice idea. You will tire of them and you don't grind tanks while playing them.

If you really are in a hurry buy premium time.

There is no easy and cheap way to earn credits quickly, but some careful fund management can drown you in credits in the long run. Basically, buy stuff when it gets discounts. Most importantly, buy equipment when it is on sale, and sell tanks with their equipment when neither is on sale - this way you get free equipment. Of course, stock up on consumables while there is a discount on them, and hold your tank purchase plans until you get a discount.

Atm I have about 2M credits, all tanks that I have even planned to play in the near future, and depot full of stuff; haven't bought premium time for years. And I shoot premium ammo when needed (the required amount is so small that being cheap on this makes no noteworthy difference), and I use auto extinguishers in all tanks (again, they go pop so rarely that you get more from events than you need).

Tiers 5-6 make massive credits with standard account; tiers 1-4 and 7 make credits, too, but much less; tier 8 gets a bit tight - I think my overall balance there is roughly zero. Tiers 9-10 should eat credits, unless you play like a god.

This. Tier 8 CAN make good profits but also massive losses. The only T8 I take out atm (a few games in if i'm playing competently - never if Im having a mare) are RHM Borsig and VK....01P - RHM on a good day hitting stuff is quidsola and VK bounces so much and allows you to hit stuff. Both are subject to T10 games where they arent so competitive though so its always gamble.

5/6/7 are the credit makers and designed as such to keep them populated

I don't mean to be rude, but your biggest problem is your own performance.

Your most played tank is the Skorp G but you have a 39% win rate.  This is because your average damage is 270.  That's one damaging shot every 2 games !!

Your best tanks look to be your T92 and WZ-120-1G FT.  Try playing those more.

I see 71 premium tanks on your account history.  With that amount of money, why don't you just buy credits ?

Jackpot currently has 25% off.  https://eu.wargaming.net/shop/wot/main/586/

If you want to improve as a player I'd suggest you try to get into a clan with some players who will teach you (Wot-Uni springs to mind).

You are of course quite right, my hit points are growing at a very slow pace plus I have been told, not sure if it is right or not but the best credit makers are the Tier five premiums, even if it is not right that is now where I usually play, sometimes go all the way to 8, but mainly low tiers 4 or 5.

If you don't want to spend your real money on premium tanks and account you may find some tier 5 and 6 vehicles that really earn well. Use vbaddict site to check latest stats on net income of non-premium tanks and you will see what to buy and keep as a credit maker.

Besides the obvious answers, find a few tanks at tier V/VI that you enjoy playing and they’ll make credits with no effort required.

Honestly, this. If you struggle at T8, using T8 prems might not be the best idea to make credits.

Tier 5 & tier 6 tanks also generate nice credits, prem & non-prem alike. You'll also play more games in tanks you do well in, indirectly boosting your credit income, as you do'nt dread playing those tanks often.

The best earners are tanks you enjoy driving & that make a profit, because you'll keep driving those, have fun & pile up the credits.

Play arty, T5 to T7, I had over 8 million credits yesterday before I bought a new model. In a few days to a week I'll have that amount again. Whether this is a high amount in the scheme of things I have no idea, but, as a tomato/bad player, I reckon it's a great earner!
