What happens if the winner already has it? Gold? Another tank? Credits? I wouldn't participate, if it's credits, because I don't to take anybody a chance to win a tank just for credits...

It's a giveaway, it should be for everyone. If you already have it they should give gold or another tank. I busted my a$$ for two weeks to get it free. Why only some to get something  for free doing nothing.

Not everyone has made it to 100% or even an for himself acceptable discount. So now here's the chance to still get it for free. Nevertheless it would be fair if everyone who got it, no matter how, can win something nice, too. Please note, that credits can not be considered as something nice at this point.
