I've got Windows on C: and all my game installs are on D:

If I reinstall Windows is there a way to continue to use the WoT install on the D:? It took an absolute age to download and I don't want to have to go through it all again. Steam and Origin have a "repair game" feature which I click on for my other games so reinstalling Windows is normally pretty straight forward.

Thanks for any help!

Yes the WOT Game center game launcher has a repair function you click game settings and you can repair you client from there.

The WoT install is pretty much completely self-contained and doesn't depend on your windows installation. Your settings are located in your user folder, and you may have to reinstall some support libraries (DirectX, .NET), but the WoT install should otherwise work out of the box after a reinstall.

Brilliant, thank you. I'll give it a whirl sometime today. :)

Um, why not just go to the .exe and try running it to see if it works. It worked for me just fine when I had to reinstall.

Thanks for the help everyone.

After reinstalling the launcher worked so I ran the repair feature. WoT wouldn't start because it was missing a Direct X .dll so I downloaded the runtime web installer and it all works fine now.

Thank you!
