Id just like to know whos the genius who put a cooldown on the most fun gamemode wg ever introduced? Also fix the platoons, currently you cant play with friends

EDIT: the cooldown on the mode is introduced after 1h+ of playing, and it locks you out of the mode

The cooldown prevents idiots from yoloing with every tank in their garage and die every minute. Without it Frontlines would be unplayable.

Also, Platoons will be fixed tomorrow.

cooldown doesnt fix the yolo because people are still doing that even with the cooldown implemented, so the only thing the cooldown is doing is preventing people who might like it from playing it. ea did something like that in the pve part where afther some time you get less credits at the end of the round, which is incredibly moronic

Guess it got implemented because of the kids, so that they get enough sleep and do not skip school!

You mean the scheduled time for it, or...?

Perhaps he means 1h ban after team killing run as a cooldown?:popcorn::trollface:

I played the mode for about 3-4 hours, I didn't get anything like a cooldown.

The cooldown is probably in place to help prevents people rigging a 'General' result by constantly farming people on a spawn point.

I think it's too long and defending is always the winning side (nearly). The map is too big to play a slow tank so taking a heavy is a bad idea. The mode right now needs fixed, fix the balance between attacking and defending for a start at least.

it's hard to pen the side of the main objective if your at a very slight angle to it, the Skorpion couldn't pen it with regular ammo and I couldn't get a better angle without getting blasted. It wasn't even an angle that should have stopped the shell.

A longer game mode is a welcome addition IMO, for those that dont like longer battles there are plenty of other game modes available in WoT

It's a new mode & map for many players, it'll take a while for people to work out a) wtf is going on & b) what works best for different sections of the map. Having won & lost as both attacking/defending side i'm starting to see where certain tanks have better impact.

Like anything new, it'll need some tweaks here & there (bugged hitboxes on terrain & performance issues are my main gripe) but overall I think for a first release it's pretty good
