But have learned to love again, what are yours?

Currently I am really loving my AT15a, yes I know it is a premium but on the flip side i am liking the Churchill Black Prince too and the Pz.KpfwIV Ausf.H

Just creating a thread that is not a whinge or a whine:popcorn:

Weird topic, no whining...

T-150 is my new tank I like. I used to hate it, but now I like it a lot. It is a real padder

I wasn't very happy with my Stug III.  It was too twitchy and difficult to drive.  Then I realised that It was one of my best performing tanks, and now play it practically every time I log in.

I was so sure I'd sell the AMX 12t after finishing the 65k XP grind to the french arty tree. The last 4k was so fun I decided to keep it. I'm not sure however if this love will last very long, that's only 3 days ago. Let's talk in some months

IS-M, kinda.

I despised it for the first 40 battles, sold it, rebought after 2 months, and then enjoyed it A LOT more. Still didn't like it enough to be a keeper for me, but that's the case for almost every non-premium tier 8, anyway, even if it is a good tank.

I genuinely am consistent in my dislike for tanks, while I find that some do get more enjoyable to play once you're no longer driving the stock trash version, the overall playstyle frequently shows right from the first battle.

I guess one tank that I no longer dislike so much is the Konstrukta T34/100... though I still think it's a terrible tank, since it's fully upgraded I've had a few really nice battles with it but it's hugely team dependent.

Light tanks in general and the 13 90 in particular. Man was i bad in that tank! :) Still trying to improve my light game play but the improved gun handling combined with the smaller magazine helps a lot with this tank.

T67. Went back to it on a whim and it has become my go to tank. Pretty sick of high tier nonsense.

Weird topic, no whining...

I don't like < tank > and it's WG's fault because [ power creep | OP premiums | UP premiums | premium account time | gold ammo (rescinded) | hidden stats | heavy-handed moderation in general chat | Dinger shills | it's Thursday ] (circle the appropriate answers or leave blank to blame WG on all counts).

I've had a few tanks that I've abandoned the grind and returned to them only to find that I still feel exactly the same way. I sold my SU-85 twice before finishing that grind and that's only a tier 5 so it's not as though the xp requirement to finish it off was particularly punishing, I simply didn't like it.

I recently bought back the Crusader SP, sold that long before the arty changes because the backwards driving was annoying me and the gun didn't make up for it. Now the gun isn't so bad, though I started it with a 75% crew so I've seen a distinct improvement as they get close to 100%. The backwards thing still annoys the crap out of me, I like to relocate when playing arty and always go through a shuffle as I sort out which way I need to turn.

I think in general my issues with any tank is PEBKAC, I don't know what I'm doing with it. If I like a tank, I'll hang on to it unless I need the slot. If I don't like a tank, I'll finish the grind and it's sold. Maybe I don't give the ones I don't like enough time to learn how to exploit what they're good at and mitigate their failings properly but I can suck horribly in a tank and hang on to it because I know there's something in it.

More thought, less dismissal of "bad" or "awkward" tanks such as my constant dismissal of heavies with "I can't play them". That's got to be a reasonable approach.

You forgot broken matchmaker and RNG rigging. Bad WG shill!

Both LTG and ARL 44 - hated them at the beginning after started playing with good commander and 75% noob rest of the crew, together with grinding modules. Turned out to be one of the better keepers in my garage. Also, changing 105mm to top 90mm for ARL 44 improved the gameplay a lot - couldn't hit anything with 105mm.

Also, both KV-1 and T-34 were hard to play a few years ago for me as a newbie. Now I'm training already a third crew in them, they don't get old. Especially KV-1 with its choice of guns - pew pew pew 57mm murderer (bringing death by a thousand cuts), 122m lol-derp or 85 all rounder? Not to mention being unstoppable steamroller as top tier.
