Ever since the 1.0 update world of tanks on my PC has been an unplayable mess of horrific graphics glitches. It looks like this:

Both the garage and in game matches both looks like this. It doesn't matter what graphics settings I use, those awful blacks squares and flcikering textures are present no matter what. Prior to 1.0 I was running Ultra HD graphics no problem, and Ultra is still waht the game is saying is my reccomended settings.

I have tried pretty much everyhting I can think of, I've updated my drivers, I have re-installed WoT, i've turned off crossfire. Nothing works.

From a very basic search it seems like no one else is experiancing this problem. All the new interfaces looks great, and I would very much like to play WoT again, please help.

It might help someone help you if you post your graphics card specs.

Have you tried a complete uninstall and reinstall/clean install of your drivers?

Try messing around with the GFX setting and see if you can make it go away.

Isn't Crossfire the AMD version of SLI, something WoT is known to have issues with? I don't know anything about the set-up beyond that but agree that posting your full specs might help one of the clever techie people a bit more.

Interesting. I have seen & mentioned what I call the "black carpet bug" before, where parts of the map have straight-sided shapes (oblongs, maybe squares), but not "in garage". I suspect a memory issue (shortage? addressing? leak?) somewhere. It does not happen every game, but is likely after a few games.

Shove your OP in the relevant "Current update->Bugs" forum, btw. It's got more chance of being looked at.

I have had this problem a couple of times (latest this morning). Seems to be associated with high ping (over 200) and virtually zero fps.

I have cleared it by dropping from high to medium or low graphics settings and restarting. Has only been a temporary problem for me, as I have reset to high graphics later without problem. Sorry, I'm not much of a techy, so can't say any more than that. Good luck getting it sorted!

After 1.0  I started to have much problems with graphics. I use GTH 770 and i5.

After all I loaded client to 256GB SSD and it resolved all problems.

That suggests it took too long for your PC to load all the textures into memory.
