hello everyone.

 

im interesting about operator jobs here.

 

i sent topic about rules in game and one operator closed that without any answer.

if i should move this topic to another topics just let me know. 

 

but this is so funny to close unfinished topic just cause you want.

how can we talk with super game operators about this operators doing?

i saw many the same things in ticket center too.

 

maybe they think they are GOD.

 

at last if this topic is in wrong place just you should tell me and ill move that there.

I skimmed over the first thread to find out what you are talking about. This is the short version: "Everyone cheating remove mods."

Is that a bingo?

I think there was a hidden smattering of "I got banned for no reason other than what everyone else is doing without notice because I didn't notice the seven day ban as I hadn't been playing"

i didnt talk about just one goal there.

and yes. why players shouldnt play in safe mods just and we wont see cheats in game too.

 

but some other topics there was about power of operators to do more and etc...

This will get closed too and you'll get a warning as you're not allowed to discuss moderators actions.

The last topic was about you claiming cheats shouldn't be banned because some cheats get away with cheating so if you can't ban them all don't ban any....as I said to you then.....it was an interesting view point.(if you remove logic from thoughts)

If they took their time to respond and check to every single ticket. They would be about 32 months behind now. They use copy paste responses to get the tickets sorted faster, as there are 99 999 other ppl asking the same question you did with a handful of people for each language to help out. If the answer is simple. Why waste time on it when you have 700 more tickets to sort out before you go home?

 

As 90% of the tickets they get is BS stuff they can't do anything about, or general whining anyway.

You were discussing a moderation issue, or a ticket issue. Simple as that

I really doubt you can get what you are asking for, given the size and nature of the game it is impossible to have enough staff to answer every post in a personal manner ie someone reads what you write and then composes an answer.

 

Most of the interactions with players will be automated and standardised replies.

It can be frustrating I have been in that position myself I was asking about the pricing policy of discounted tanks in the store.

The reply was that my question could not be answered because that was the responsibility of another team.

Most companies would redirect your question to the correct department or find out the answer for you.

So yes frustrating.

 

Almost everything is automated once the majority of questions/problems have been filtered out the rest get handled by a standard formula reply and only if that fails does it go up the chain and you get a more complete answer.

Ok,  You created a thread on the forum to ask where you could discuss the ticket center (support).  Basically the answer is that you can't.  We're not allowed to discuss responses received from support on the forum.

 

It looks as if the operator (moderator) has closed your thread for the above reason & posted a link to the fair play policy.  As you later mention in the previous thread that your ticket was in regard to a ban you have received, it seems as if the moderator who closed your thread was trying to point you in the right direction.

 

Unfortunately, customer support seem to be over worked & do not have time to respond individually to each ticket they receive, you usually seem to get a standard reply to most tickets.  The trick is to reopen your ticket stating that your issue hasn't been resolved.  This wont mean that you'll get the reponse you want, but it does usually get a much more detailed reply.

 

If you have any doubt about the fairness of any mod you are using then don't use it, the fair play policy gives pretty good guidlines about what WG consider fair & what they don't.

He could just download mods from the official mod portal.
