My friend and I have played multiple battles (I enjoy the game mode). Although, when a battle ends, neither of us get the silver hence we earned around 50k silver each. Can someone explain please?

You are going to have to explain better yourself first.

Maybe post a screenshot of the battle results (detailed page).

Frontline Mode earnings are similar to T8 earning. So if you mainly use premium vehicles, you'll likely earn credits. Standard T8 tanks only earn credits when they perform well (and if they're suited for it, standard tanks with low pen/low damage value & expensive shells will likely always run at a loss)

Keep in mind, the rental tanks are not premium tanks, but rental, so no credit-bonus.

The very high credit earnings you see posted on the forum are usually a result of a premium account user using premium tanks in frontline mode (often combined with credit-boosters)

Overall, the credit eanring potential seems to be similar to randoms, with the advantage that you never meet T9 or T10 tanks in your T8 tank + mobile tanks work alot better in FL due to the size of the map.

This is why those free tanks were a bad idea...

It is if you use a premium tank it is. But damage = credits. So when I only play premium tanks, and do around 10K damage. I get 150K to 250K profit non premium depending on how I do that damage. The T32 FL and T-44 FL are a special vehicle, so no income bonus if you use those. So if you play normal tier 8's etc and don't do much damage or get much assist vs how much damage you take, income might drop a bit vs repair etc.

Select either of those tanks and click on 'Research' (as if you're checking its modules).

They are premium tanks and the extra credits per battle is mentioned on #2.

The respawns and resupply zones make it easy to burn through a lot of premium ammo even if you only have a few loaded per tank.

I have no idea how the credit math works out but the basics always remain the same. Contribute to dealing damage directly or indirectly, earn credits. Burn expensive things like premium consumables and premium ammo, less credits. Unsure how tank repair costs factor in. As always if you don't play well you end up with less profits (or even a net loss) than people who do. The road to credits would be premium tank + standard ammo/consumables only + performing well. I think I made base 3.3. mil the past few days.
