I don't know if there is an efficient way but I want to transfer my 100% crew with 90% camo from my st emil to my rhm borsig with keeping 100% crew and about 70+% camo

Just retrain for silver. It does not take very long to put 90% crew back to 100%.

What I do is when my crew has the skill/perk (usually 4th or 5th) at 90% or higher, it usually takes around 60k xp to get to the next percentage, so what I do is I let the skill get some XP and when it needs like 800 more xp, I retrain the crew with silver. That way the major qualification is at 100% from the start. This is due to the fact that the XP accumulated by the current skill percentage is used for  the major qualification. When you move crew from one tank to another, your major qualification drops from 100% to 90% on same tank class, from 90% to 100% you need something like 40k XP (I don't know the exact amount), so the 50k+ XP accumulated by your skill will be spent on the major qualification.

I don't know if what I wrote made any sense, sorry for bad English.

As above, just retrain for silver to get a 90% crew and then pop a crew booster and/or put them in a premium and you'll be back to 100% in no time at all.

Yeah that what I was doing , I just thought there was a more efficient way of doing it as something always told me there was a better way of transfering crews.

You can do what you want, using the xp in the camo skill to bring the main qualification up to 100% but you'd have to spend the credits twice. First time to retrain to the Borsig at 90% and retaining the full amount in their skills, then you reset skills for credits and the system will use the skills xp to bring the main up to 100%. You then pick the new skills you want them to have, even if that's camo again as in your example.

If you don't mind playing the St. Emil, there is another way. Keep playing until your crew have completed their first skill, then don't choose a second skill and continue playing until you've got roughly 40k xp available in that second skill slot. You can't see that figure anywhere as far as I know so you'd probably need to note your battle results on a piece of paper or tab out to notepad after each battle to keep a running total.

Then, when you retrain them to the Borsig for credits the xp that would have gone into your second skill is unassigned and it's used to bring the main qualification up to 100%. That's why it's important not to pick a second skill - if you do then that xp is locked in and you have to reset as above to access it.

You can see the figure if you hover your mouse over the skill selection box with the "+".
