Three games out of four one of my team has wished it on a teammate. WG's anti-toxicity initiatives working as intended? Helluva company.

It all boils down to  stop playing crap and learn , but they still won't even try.  Spoonfeeding 14 cripples every 15 minutes gets old   FAST

So what? Ignore it and move on. Unless you wanted WG to ban in the second he typed it? It's not instant even with a perfect system. If you were the only one that reported him if it was a PM vs your entire team. It's even less instant.

It's important always to take a precise aim.

This evening I lost my temper and told a team mate to get necrotising fascitis.

Imagine my delight on learning that he had it in advanced form.

It's the weekend what do you expect, you get mediums amping behind the TD's, you click and tell them what to do, no movement, usual weekend stuff, add to that all the toxicity, nothing new to see here, just move on, or move to the fridge and get a cold beer. Usually helps.

Yeah I know, but it's proved a final straw in an increasingly messy haystack. Whilst I understand the scorn that is poured on goodbye posts, I'm done. Apologies to those I have disappointed with my poor play through the years!

What do you really expect? The game has been catering for the bots in a very blatant fashion for the last couple of years.

Of course when the game seeks to transform itself into something more retarded every passing day to ensure the bots can get an odd good game without learning a damn thing, you can expect the toxicity level to rise. The player-to-bot ratio is probably worse than ever and in every team you are bound to have a bunch of subhumans and with all the RNG and the "super fun" +2/-2 matchmaking in the game their presence will often turn your game into pure misery as well. It's pretty hard to stay nice to them and show any respect when they clearly deserve none.

One part of the good players have lost faith and just quit, the second part has accepted that the game is going to be hammered more and more to please the short-sighted bots, and the third group still naively believes that Wargaming are one day going to fix the game. The only "fixes" the game will have are from the perspective of the 46% bots who expect results without any effort.

What? You are giving up because some childish idiots can only rage about a computer game?

If you do, then they win.

Dont let them do that, stay and fight like a gerbil.

Dear IncandescentGerbil

It would be a sad thing to see you leave.  With regards your complaint, i too believe WG do*editedabout the toxic behaviour in the forum.

There have been countless threads and points of order raised with the moderators/ staff.

WG and the regulators of this game, are only interested in money, and certainly not the welfare and morality of the game.

Tommy

Of course, you are perfect at every single thing you attempt in life.  With the obvious exception of communicating like a mature adult.  And are thus equipped to throw stones with no chance of damaging any of your own glass houses.  I wish I were as perfect as you.  However. I have more flaws the the Burj Khalifa.

It is distressing indeed to read such appalling language.  One would have hoped that strongly felt opinions would not need to be expressed using expletives.  Young persons may be reading the forum.

Unless you are leading a Team activity like SH or CW you can click all you want on a map but you cannot expect other people in randoms to know you are strategic mastermind and that they have to die for your damage. Get some good crew, optics/binos on that TD and go spot yourself? And map ping spammers get blocked real quick by me..

Online games be online games. People young and old can get really bold when they can hide behind an alias, it's not just a wot thing. If you don't have skin thick enough to ignore a simple "get cancer", well then an online environment might not be the most suitable place for you..

To me playing online game is like going to a bar. And if you can't handle the other guests behaviour then you should have stayed home.

And if you get violent when you drink they you should not drink at all and can use the alcohol as an excuse.

So it you can not handle a little banter and snide comments then WoT is not a game for you.

And if you respond to adversity with only threats and wishing harm on people, then you should not be playing and have to take the bans that comes with such behavior.

This as ever, is the lamest excuse for poor personal behaviour.  The ad hominem, it's only the internet, is is used all to often. Society evolves because pressure is brought upon those people that abuse it.  Look at the #metoo campaign, that is changing the movie industry for the better.  Know what excuse was used before this?  It's only the movies. It's whats always happened.
