As the title says, what is your favorite tank? and why is it your favorite?

I made a similar type of thread less than half an hour ago... http://forum.worldoftanks.eu/index.php?/topic/673772-poll-the-most-popular-type-of-guncannon-in-wot/

My favorite tank? T-44-100, because it's basically a tier 8 Obj. 140.

I have so many, but i am beginning to like the Tog 2 more, the KV2, my AT15a, A45, most Churchills and all Matilda's, the Caernarvon is rapidly growing on me too, plus the Object 257 and the IS3, you will usually find any of these in any toon I go into.

Very nice, stats mean nothing though if you take a shot for your team, help someone who has flipped, I was in a game last night with my toon, no one spotted so I had to go forward in my TD, one of these high stat players camped in his IS-M, behind all the other TD's, until most of his team were dead.

I wonder if that route is the way to unicom godliness?

It often depends on situation, but the problem with me and others is that I don't expect anything from random teams;they are hence the name, random, in every sense of this word - IQ / thinking / brain usage. 30-50% of your average players in team aren't using their natural processor for analyzing the situation and reading the minimap. Likewise,I don't expect anyone to shoot at my spotted targets, but if it happens which is random (once again, hence the name),im obviously pleased.

None of this happens in organized play such as TB or Strongholds, unless the situation is simply not there. But here, you get people that are usually just being stupid and useless to your team for the sake of being stupid and useless, there's no excuse for them being useless. Nobody forbids them to learn the*edited* game and try to get good, but the thing is,they just don't listen. And in a competitive game, such as WoT,it's a big problem since the games' launch.

But since there is no direct way to approach this issue, your best bet is just to deal with it. Like in life, there are many twists that you just don't expect in Random battles.

You are absolutely right with regards to randoms vs TB's and Skirmishes, both the latter are mucho fun, especially when the team are on TS and do nothing but have a good old giggle, trust me that will make your day a whole lot more pleasant.

It's pretty rare,x-mas is your best bet to get one.

But it's alot of fun,if you know how it plays.

I think somebody used to gift it to me,but I dont remember for sure.

Well it was the elc amx, untill... u know. Now i’d rather play some american light (chaffee, bulldog, t49, t92) or the box tank.

Not gonna lie, I've had lots of stupid fun games in that thing. Even when it faced tier 5's. Like the panic of an I-O Exp when you come racing up his rear when he is fighting your KV-1, and you slam him for over 100 damage every 5 seconds racing around him doing over 40. Tho it's not even on my top 5 list.

But for me I'm gonna have to say Cromwell B still. Even in the new meta it's still flexible. Great bully support tank in a +2, mobile, great passive scout late game if need be & still has the ability to give me rage PM's daily from tier 8 HT's with low traverse or a too tall side :P

Not sure which one is my favourite. I have a few tanks which I really like.

But I guess my favourite tank is Leopard PT A.

It's fast and very mobile and I really love 105 mm cannon.

Right now, hands down the E50, I love the way that thing plays for some reason. Wish it were a little faster and had a bit better penetration values, but eh. I don't regret grinding free xp to get its best gun before I took it out in the field, it pummels most opponents and isn't helpless in tier 10 matches either.

Before that though it was still the Maus. There's just something about driving a huge armoured behemoth that appeals to me.

  1. Luchs. My first ever tier 4 and it remains my favourite.
  2. T49 less of a scout and more of an all round support vehicle, but one that can shoot heavies in the face.

Also they are both fast
