Hey guys, I can use some advice on what tank(s) to get next. There are so many nations I haven't played yet, but after some reading and comparing stats, I'm a bit hesitant to start for example chinese / swedish / etc. line... also haven't played alot of german tanks yet.

I like to play tier 5, 6 and 7. Currently 'grinding' some higher tiers but frankly getting tier 10 tanks is not a goal for me. I suck at higher tier. Also I have limited time to play and the stock tier 8/9 grinds are just too long and no fun.

I already have the american heavy line to the T110E5,  love the T29, liked the T32.

French lights up to 13 90 and bc25ap, like the entire line :).

Russian TDs up to ISU 152, loved the SU 100. Liked 152, still working on top gun ISU. German TD up to JgdPz2, ok line but no more than that.

Recently got chaffee, like it alot. Also T67 is a fun tank and of course the KV-2.

IS, KV1/1s/85 all OK tanks but no keepers... don't like russian meds (to t-34-85) that much. Got to OI but given up on that line, too slow.

Generally I prefer to play quite agressive, with fast tanks or derp guns on the frontline. Also autoloaders are fun, sniping from the back is not for me (no patience :bajan:).

Currently I play mainly my 'keeper' tanks, but this doesn't really achieves anything... starting to get bored.

Any tips for fun tier 5-7 tanks are highly appreciated!

US MT line Tier 5 & 6 is good fun. Hated the Tier 7 though. UK MT line 5-7 is good fun too.

The derp shermans at tier 5-6 are fun.

T-150 is a good HT with reliable armour and good alpha/dpm/pen. Best tier 6 HT IMO.

Pz4H is also fun.

Tiger I is a real beast. Like it a lot thanks to the DPM+viewrange+pen combo.

Chi-Ri may be fun because of the 390 burst autoloader with 8-9 seconds of reload.

Wolverine is a really good TD at tier 5 that can chose between the T67 gun with same DPM or a 105 derp. Its quite fast, can reach the VR cap with optics and has some armour to protect the front from tier 5 derp HE.

Do american line, as the M4A3E8 Sherman is nippy enough, has a derp and is just a blast. Thin armour tho!

Thanks guys. Tried the E8 a long time ago when I was even worse than now, will definitely give it a second try.

How about the cromwell, still a fun tank? And the Czech mid tiers?

Cromwell is still good if you like fast mediums.  I don't really get on with it, but even I am not too appallingly bad in it.

Actually if you like to be on the frontline, maybe Firefly isn't for you, good tank but that's not it's style.

Only thing that kills cromwell is aim time/huge gun bloom after fire. Either than that it is pretty solid.

The Czechs are ok if you stay at tier 6 and tier 7.

Would agree with some friends above that proposed the British tier 6 Sherman Firefly, very good.

I see you have the Covenanter. I wasn't so good with that, but I enjoyed the Crusader. Crusader > Cromwell > Comet could suit your aggressive playing style (which I'm not so good at). A bit challenging, I believe, but you may like the fun factor.

iif you want tier 6 autoloader try skoda t-25

if you want a tank for your style buy t-34-85M

for tier 7 it's  okay O-Ni too

The Chi-Ri at tier 7 can be great fun with the autoloader, I liked the two tanks before it too, no armour but great gun handling

The Crusader > Cromwell > Comet > Centurion are all good tanks too, fast and aggressive

And as someone else suggested, the Czech T25 with the autoloader is great

You want to play aggressive with a derp then O-Ni is the answer. It's better than the O-I and the O-Ho tier for tier. Very fun and relaxing to play. :)

Swedish Strv. 74 is pure gold. Also as many have said the US MTs are decent.

Skoda T25 is insanely good, but it kinda sucks when bottom tier, if you face armor you will have to dab that 2 key for it.

My present fun t6's are the Type 64 (premium i know .... i got it on discount for 2600 gold), and the Jackson (that gun handling is just so awesome).

Get the cromwell too, its fun, fast and good support or flanker and it also has a 3.7" howitzer which is hilarious.

I don't really use the 2 key, only take a few round for when the win depends on it (end game). Buying stuff on discount, no premium consumables and no gold I never have to grind credits, which is nice because the CDC is my primary credit maker :teethhappy:

Tried the Type 64 on the testserver, it was a bit slower than I expected. Maybe I should try again, got 2800 spare gold...

Jackson I had in garage I think long ago, worth another try :playing:

Simple, get yourself a T71 DA and laugh your [edited]off as your wreck entire teams by yourself. Teammates optional!
