Because there is no answer from moderator, let me ask you all.

I was warned and my signature was removed because I break rules of the forum. In mine signature I posted my arty stats, so can someone tell me which rule i was break?

Never mind, I will change sig, but just tell me which rule i was break and if I was, why the rest with same signatures wasn't warned.

You can't use the word Cancer because for some reason people get upset, tbh they seem to get upset at anything these days so as someone said in a film "choose wisely" Queue the usual "If you saw anyone die of cancer you wouldn't use it" types Well if you discount my Grandfather,Cousin and My Mother then no I haven't. Strangely enough I can tell the difference between a disease and a word describing something quite aptly.

Would I use the word myself, nope because I use clicker but it's doesn't upset me that other people do.

You know those times when you fear for the future of humanity, well this is one of those times.

It's got to the point where I feel it is time to have some kind of IQ/aptitude test that someone has to pass before being allowed to 'go online'.

So can I put AIDS in sig? But really don't start me with false moral now, can I use "Crazy arty..." for example, or I will break rules again because there is milions of crazy and sick people in psychiatric institutions?

Ah, common, you exactly know, what is Ok and what not. E.g. 'crazy' is not an medical term.

You could try. But you should really stop trying to be edgy, it's not working.

Get warned for something worth while. Like calling the WG EU staff incompetant or something... (not saying they are however, I feel they forum mods are stand up guys, and the commuity guys are just Awesome at keeping us in the loop)

Your's is very much like (and dont take this personally) "Get Cancer and die"

Which is awful of course.

It appears you can get a warning for some quite obscure things on this forum, I recently received one and the post was attached to the warning. It had one vaguely offensive word in it but it wasn't edited even in the public post by the admin, weird as my previous posts had far worse offensive words in but they picked that one as the example.

Using the word cancer isn't great as it will no doubt have affected lots of people in a very negative way.

Well, that is much better.

Now, remove the arty part and you will be perfectly fine...

It's the 'cancer' part. Don't know about you OP, but for quite some folks, it is still a terrible & painful thing to happen, either to you or to loved ones/friends. To use it lightly is quite frowned upon (yes cultural differences & all that, still applies)

The annoying thing is when it's used in context and mods delete it anyway >.>

Why don't they just ban "potato" in case any Irish get offended lol.

Unless you are 6 years old, you don't need much time to think about what might offend others or not. It's that simple. Then again you can try. As I suspect you will get a 2nd warning for this topic... discussing a sanction. And then for the new signature. You might as well go for 3 strikes while you are at it.

In my mind, 'potato' is synonymous with 'versatile'.

It can also, of course, be a slur (a really terrible one), and there was some outcry regarding a job posting where the employer asked for a 'potato' (implying only white people).
'Cancer', well, I think there's a difference between wishing it onto someone and describing something as cancer. If it spreads uncontrollably and hurts/kills without discretion ..it is probably cancer.

Of course, it's 2018. Let's ban everything. Just in case.
