don't get the question, unless you want me to compare all the tanks in the game, which is not going to happen
Edit: if you let me in the clan we can discuss in clan channel?

I'm guessing he's referring to the clan ranks.
basically there are 2 ranks.
Those who can do chip movements and distribute gold, and those who cannot.
Commander and commander deputy are pretty much the same, the only usefull officer roles.
Treasurer, recruiter and field commander are nice titles, but have very little actual usefullnes.
Recruit and soldier have no real ingame differences afaik.

Adding to twibs post above:
Treasurer can distribute gold to clan members.
Diplomats can not (yet) use any useful functions, I guess this will be implemented later on (yeah right
).
Recruiters can send out clan invites to other players and approve/reject clan applications.
Recruits can not see chips/hq on the map, Soldiers can.
Field commanders can not move chips, but they can distribute gold, making this position somewhat useless.
Commander and Commander Deputies can do pretty much everything, including, but not limited to moving chips, modifying clan positions, distribute gold, approve/reject applications.
Commander can change clan info - description, Tags, Logos etc. If the Commander resigns, he has to appoint a new CO.

If they'd make it so that Field commander can make chip movements I'd be very happy and somewhat surprised.
Right now if you want to divide the work load of your officers you make them deputies and dish out few field commanders to those that look promising officers, yet still lack your full trust.

If only the table applied to reality in the linked thread.
It's a nice plan though that should be the end target.
