I really dont understand that part of the token that can be exchanged by a tier VI, will new player get a tier VI for free ? If that is the case i dont really think that is a good idea

Bootcamp is pretty good, with one exception.

 

All consumeables used for demonstration purposes are premium ones. The tutorial literally railroads you through buying a full set of premium consumeables for your little tier III tank. Teaching new players to blow their first credits on that stuff  is quite cynical and definetly not what a tutorial should be doing. Pointing out that there are premium consumeables and what their benefits are is fine, acting as if they are standard choice for new players isn´t.

 

Also there could be a demonstration in which enemy tanks to their actual damage.

Boot camp is good a god thing.

Only problem 50% still think you can play like you did tier 1-4, and 25% that more interested in there stats then to help the team win the game.

and like 25% that are trying to play as a team.

 

Make 3 step camp

Beginner  1-4

Standard 5-7

Ace  8-10

If you cant handle the boot camp you cant play that tier.

 

And if you do like ( 0dmg/0spot ) for like say 5 games you are forced to play 1 boot camp before your able to play with players again.
That we might see some players stop being afk or use bot programs.

 

Whats worst then to have 2-5 players on your team that will do nothing. Ether afk in base or drowning them self or go and camp in a corner of the map and waiting for the other team go and kill them.

Requiring players to get tier 4s for completing the missions might be too much to ask. I would not put there tier limits above 2. Anyway, the tier 6 tank you give is with bad crew and not elited, so there is plenty of losses to come for those who make the mission and take the tank instead of grinding first a good crew and then the tank.

 

Or you could change the reward so that the tank is elited and crew 100%. That would make it more appealing.

 

As it is now, I would not play the mission.
