Yes yes main account is (/ was) on NA server(s). Anyway;

"On May 23, 2018, Victor Kislyi announced to the studio that it will close in two months."

The player-base slowly but surely got angry with WG NA.... now look at the forums here you almost see the same really.

So... what do you guys think for NA exiles; play / invest here or switch to RU altogether?

I don't think there's any chance of them being moved to RU, the chances are their accounts will be integrated to EU instead. Moving them to RU would be tricky because of the extreme language barrier and the financial differences between the players. EU would make much more sense.

Um, that's a studio (but not the main WoT dev studio), not the NA servers...

Lots of players can speak english and understands english in EU. So that would be the best choice

Huh? What has Wargaming Seattle f.k.a. Gas Powered Games to do with WoT NA Servers?

The WG offices in Austin, Baltimore, and Chicago are still up and running.

That studio is former "Gas powered games". And was bought up and merged with WG not that long ago, and given it's new name. It has nothing to do with WOT, never did. So it won't affect NA one bit. There were rumors about what they were doing for WG after they bought them up. I suspect what ever that was, it did not work out the way WG planned it to. As it was def some form of new MMO as now past ppl working there has confirmed. As the only thing we know they did… was to fix their old games and put them up on steam under the Wargaming.net banner.

WG have bought several studios the past 5 years. This studio was in big financial issues, and on the brink of going bankrupt even before WG bought them up. And WG knew it was a gable. I suspect the gamble did not turn out to well in the end.. nothing more, nothing less.

WG NA have been on 20K on peak for years it seems. It just got cut with the new South American region server they put up. As last I was on there, there were 10K on both. But as for invest here or RU? RU will remain for long sure, and will ofc be a safe deal regardless vs other servers. But I doubt EU will see the state NA is in for a long time still for that to matter now. Or when we get bored of the game and move on rather.
