that's what i guessed, you did explain nothing, you  just left a rude comment like if my post hurted you for some raeson

If you really don't like the idea it doesn't bother me but please, at least explain your reason :) 

never happens to you playing in your tank and then a type 5 slaps you with a premium HE shell removing 1/3 of your hp and several damage to crew and modules?

so i wonder why you wouldn't like to do something about it...

I am up for a rework of the Spall Liner in order to make it more useful. As it is right now, its effects hardly compensate the loss of other more useful equipment.
