Anyone in the UK stuck with this god awful storm, I've tried playing the game multiple times only to have this weather mess up the Wifi signal and have the Wifi die on me.

In the south west of Germany something is brewing. Hope I get home before the incoming thunderstorm... don't like driving my motorcycle through the pouring rain.

Indeed it is. Warmest May in Finland since the 70s. I'll send some positive vibes from the local pub's terrace :)

So I take it UK did not get the warm front from Afrika then? As even on the Norwegian west coast there is no wind and 31 C today.

Nope, so even with thunderstorm incoming, approximately 30 °C here.

It was 28deg and sunny this morning, and now a thunder storm threatens to pour.  Typical Dutch weather really.  It might be sunny or raining or both by this evening.

Thunder in central London (Soho) was so loud earlier that I thought a KV2 had let a shell off !

Scared the feckin daylights out of me so badly that I cant do any work now and have resorted to surfing the WOT forum  :)

Hessen (Central Germany) got struck with chaos last sunday. While my place got spared (I was turning the compost and just got a "little wet" from the downpour), the neighbouring villages got 40cm of hail, mud and whatnot washing through the streets, because the ground was so dry that it wasn't able to take any of the water that poured down within a few minutes.
It's getting worse every year...

Down here on the coast we seemed to have missed the worst of it so these thunder storms they kept predicting just haven’t happened. There’s certainly been some rain but that just saves watering the garden, the herbs seem especially to be enjoying it.

Yeah, also big problem there. My father is complaining the whole time that his garden is dying due to the lack of rain in Berlin. Fortunately he has the means and the time to water the plants by hand.

So do the slugs...

Two days ago came home late and went outside again to collect some of them - turned out to be more than a half 500ml Joghurt bucket.

Collect them, my tools of choice are a torch and a pair of secateurs.

I buy a cheap can of beer and put a bit in a yoghurt container in the garden.  The slugs get drunk and drown in the beer.  I refresh the container every two or three days.  The birds love when I throw the contents out on the nature strip.
