how is that ? Nobody is complaining about 430U?

113+is7 turret = 430U , and nobody seems to care ?

Everybody is focusing on that 268v4.

I find all the high tier OBJ medium tanks to be annoying as hell when I meet them.  The armor above all.

I rather see any other tank in front of me.

ANY.

Just look at Good players stats.

They got ~average like on 268v4 . Totally fine

If i would know they would nerf 268 and do nothing on 430u ,  i would defenetly grind 430u lready

Well, the Obj 268 v 4 is a medium obj in its own right.

I feel like everything that needed to be said about 430U is already said. Lots of people have complained about it.

The Bobject is just the bigger offender, which is why it gets all the attention.

I think once the Bobject gets its nerf, people will shift their attention to the 430U.

Unless ofc, WG releases a new abomination in the meantime, which steals the spotlight.

Without saying that the 430U isn't strong, maybe way to strong, there are way more problematic tanks ATM, with the most blatantly broken two, the full premium load-out Type 5 and the ridiculously broken V4, with mobility off a medium tank, better armor than super-heavies and a gun of a TD, after the release of those tanks, it is the one that draws the most attention of the player-base.

But yes, both of them need some attention by WG.

Although the 430U to me seems way easier to balance, because the major problem are the cupolas, they should be at the T62's levels of armor, not 300+ effective as they are now.

Im guessing its becouse you can actually penetrate 430u without aiming for small weakspots.

Also dw the focus will sift from v4 to 277 in the next patch.

Not sure if the 277 will be Op or broken, personally, although I feel it will outclass the other Russian heavies.

I think they are one step ahead in outwitting youor alikes. They are about to release more than 1 abomination.

We have medium-heavy hybrid tanks with heavy tank sticker, why is it so weird to have one with medium tank sticker?

Nothing wrong with a med-heavy hybrid. The problem with it, is that its turret is bs.

Because being literally heavy and being armored is not the same. :)

I have 430 and was good in it, but than in some of this last microupdate, I notice he is not medium by speed anymore, they nerf it, now drive like heavy and it s medium, so probably that s what they done to 430u also...Also every game 2-3 times fire..

I do agree that cupolas are over armored while being hard to hit to begin with. Other than that, rest of the tank is very similar to other heavy-medium hybrids.

Similar to what, exactly? Bigger and heavier tanks? Bigger, heavier and less armored tanks?
What is an Obj. 430U exactly? A medium sized, fast, armored tank. The cupolas are actually so armored, in real life the commander would not have any space left to get through.

As mentioned above, this nonsense is just a lesser evil compared to the 268 V4.

As I said, similar to other medium-heavy hybrids all of which are classified as heavy tanks. Tanks like WZ-111 5A, 113, T-10, upcoming Obj 277. Compared to those 430U is quite close in terms of armor, mobility and firepower, but is classified as a medium tank. Now that can be a blessing or a curse depending on the map, since 430U is weaker in terms of mobility, dpm and gun handling compared to "proper" medium tanks.

Well...I think you are right with these points. The cupolas are just tipping the balance for imho anyway.
