All the good players are seal clubbing Tier 8s with Tier 9 tanks since most Tier 9s are Tier 10s with less DPM/armor. Give them shitty MM like everyone else has below them.

I agree. Stop the preferential treatment of tier 9. They should also get -2 MM sometimes! It's unfair otherwise.

And don't get me started of tier 10! Talk about preferential matchmaking!! :deer:

Yeah, Tier 9 is full of new players. Stop the seal clubbing. :(

They should see more 5/10 matchups with tier 10, lets see them act hard against Tier 10 heavies. Tryhard bots doing 5k damage every game because their OP tier 9s are practically invincible in tier 8 games.

I'm half tempted to check all my recent E50 replays to see if I clubbed this guy somewhere. Also "practically invincible" heh. What happened, you ran into a Type 4 Heavy?

I see plenty tier X battles when I play a tier IX tank, in fact, see more tier X than tier IX, both in 3-5-7 and 5-10 form. Problem for the tier VIII tanks is that they're also in the first format and MM just seems to loooooove 3-5-7 template.

Statpadding is done in the lower mid tiers where players don't have that much skill and good crews yet.

On the other hand i wonder if the bots who failed their way to tier 8-10 even have anything mounted on their tanks....lack of skill is obvious.

Low tiers are garbage for statpadding wn8. Type 64 is just one of the very few statpadding tanks down there.

Statpadding is actually done in tier 9-10. A soviet hovermed with awesome gun handling can farm 3k damage much easier than a T-34-85M can farm 1.5k damage. Not to mention the MM advantage tier 9 and 10 have.

Stat padding in tier 9 LMAO.

Tier 9 is a nice sweetspot, but if you are crap you'll do crap.

It's not the easymode that the lower tiers are where most good players can pretty much sleepwalk to a 70% win rate.

OP just sounds like another butthurt player who is not good enough and got his behind handed to him.

How in the name of anything sensible is playing tier 9-10, where credit costs are high, balance is iffy, and most of the older and skilled players with good tanks and crews tend to play, in any way shape or form STATPADDING? How is it padding when you have to actually play well to get a decent result and profit out of it? How, by this definition, is it possible to NOT "statpad" when you're a decent player?

I don't say this quickly but this reeks of a learn to play issue to me.

Oh yeah, i definitely got my behind handed to me, what else is there to expect when you're in a 112 against a super aggressive ST-I player who is 1000% aware of his massive tier advantage.

It's not a reroll. I made an account years ago but quickly quit the game because it was really terrible back in the day in every way, graphics, content, matchmaker.. I came back after watching some youtubers talk about WOT 1.0

You are comparing an "old" pmm tank with a regular tier 9 heavy...at least you have way better premium pen than the IS-6.

And why would you face off against a +1 tier unless it's endgame? Srsly i see so many bobs in paper tanks lately trying to trade hp with armored +1 +2 tier tanks....

My ST-I actually love to kill 112.

But this is more a tank + L2P problem. 112 is trash gainst tier 9 (except using the 250 pen HEAT), but then why did you get to face the ST-I frontally with it?

Also 112 is a PMM tank, so a really bad tier 8 in terms of performance. Any standard HT (except maybe T32) can pen tier 9 tanks in weackspots.

You mean the 112 which pretty much has the same level armour as the tier 10 113? Which includes a turret that cupola aside is like 300 effective pretty much everywhere?

Not to mention you have 250 pen HEAT which will pen his lower plate with ease and the drivers hatch, and even has a chance of going through his upper plate.

Most normal tier 8 heavies would have less chance against an ST-I than the 112, let alone other pref-MM tanks. And you are fighting a one tier higher heavy frontally on your own, that seems to be a learn to play issue.

You would need twice as many T9's in the queue than T10's to be able to do that, therefore you need more people to play T9 that do at the moment. Where are you going to get them from?

I think you will find that currently T8's are the most played, then T10's, with T9's being the least played.

I did fire HEAT at him - 2 penetrated, 1 hit the UFP and bounced (glorious 112 gunstats) In the end, he outfought me because he had more HP and DPM.

Not my fault our degenerate Type 4 and E75 were too busy admiring the scenery of Malinovka instead of fighting the enemy ST-I. I didn't have much choice either on Malinovka than to go hill with a HT.

Next time i'll just camp behind them. Why should I work my bum off against higher tier opponents if my top tiers are mentally disabled.
