Not a bad idea I hate windows as a rule of thumb.

Gaming in general, and World of Tanks more specifically,  is, at this point in time, pretty much the only reason I still have my PC dual-boot between Windows 10 Pro and Linux Mint 19.2 ... If games would have native clients for Linux I wouldn't hesitate for 1 minute to wipe my PC clean and exclusively run Linux ...

But how is WoT running on Proton/Wine these days? I would guess pretty well.

Wow! That was a bit of luck. Today is a public holiday on Alpha Centauri when the small furry creatures celebrate not having to celebrate St Valentines Day. They do this by imbibing their favourite tipple, The Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster. The effect of this is to induce a coma so deep that even the necro'ing of a thread like this cannot disturb them.

 

In order not to add to the pain of tomorrows hangovers I am closing this thread today.
