Not this again. We've had three or four threads about it already in which the consensus was a whole lot of noise over a whole lot of nothing.

"Nobody's talking about it" my arse.

No, it's been done to death already. And as pointed out then in the old topics. It's NA. Not EU, as even that differs. And apparently according to NA showing their old Eula.. It's always been there. It's just that ppl never read the old Eula. As I suspect you never read it when you made your account? The new Eula is noticed more as it's a media focus of late with all the changes and how they must present the new one due to the new laws etc. So thus more ppl noticed it finally if you will.

who cares.... EULA makes absolutely no difference to me, cause I simply play WoT w/o breaking any rules. And I dont thing that EULA will ever prevent me from just playing the game.

I have never a read a EULA for an online game, that did not state you merely own a licence to use the game and it's content.  Not the game it's self. Be thankful you get to read and agree to the EULA before playing.  I remember the EULA for my disk copy of Windows 95 being on the inside of the disk case and breaking the seal on the disk case constituted agreeing to the EULA.

Steam more or less says the same. As if steam goes down. You have zero rights to demand anything you own. And I doubt even 99.98% of the ppl here did read anything before making the account. Thus the "panic" now with the new one as ppl highlight most of the stuff now suddenly. As it's not that different from the old one. Just more in clear writing. Most of the new stuff is how this forum works more so then the game for EU anyway. As in what personal info they get when you use it. As any site today has to.

Or perhaps he thought the picture aptly described the OP.

Cool, been a while since I learned a new idiom.

I was also considering that OP might be a bit of a beech.
