That e-mail could have contained some more text to explain what it was actually about. Later I read somewhere that it was some personal reserves that where lost during last weeks several downtimes.

However...I'm pretty sure I had a credits booster on that I didn't recieve back...

I have to agree, the email leaves a lot to be desired after reading several times for clarity and looking for white text on a white background just in case something was hidden. So now I know I was missing something I was not aware off and now my account as more of something that I can't see.

You mean my credit reserve was turned into credits?

Now when you mention it, it does feel like I recieved a couple of hundred thousand but I am not sure...

Both proper measures and information? Please.

Anyway, not much to comment on. According to Falathi (via the power of Google Translate):

'this is an email informing about the transfer to the account of things that did not arrive / were lost due to server failures some time ago. Because the list of what is missing is different for every victim, the mail does not specify what has been forwarded.

However, if you received an email, you also got something on your account 100% - otherwise it would not have been sent.'

Hej,

So it is possible to compensate the correct "goods" but not say what they were? Ooookay.

I'm sure there is an explanation as to why, but (assuming that the translation is accurate) it's of course pretty silly that Falathi doesn't outright state why.

I first assumed that the idea was to give everyone reserves from a 'worst-case' scenario (the rarest one all active), but it looks more like they have some data from the crashed server, which they compare to the 'live' data some time later. That's why some report screwy numbers with tons of credits added, I bet.

On a related note, where's the English CCs gone, exactly?

Probably a resource thing, they'd have to send everyone individual e-mails, but they could at least have it show up in the garage with the pop ups in the corner.

It's really not that hard.  We didn't all get emails so there is some system putting it together.  Even if it was just a list of possible compensations, not just say "goods".
