No god please no!!!

To answer your question I think that is7 would be the more "noobfriendly" (though I haven't played the 277 yet); it is fast, the armour is quite reliable (mainly if you go hulldown) and the gun is not too crappy.

May I add an advice?
wait for at least 5k battles (I think that 8k would be the best) before having any tier 10 tank. Don't forget to learn the basics: hull-down, sidescrapping, tanks' weakspots and more importantly your positionning on the maps; where to go with which tank. But to learn all of these you need to spend time in tier 6/7 and 8 (even if the MM is crap in t8) so that you won't be a burden for your team (and you should be able to enjoy higher tiers more with experience and knowledge).

3rd for thr IS7, and here's why....

First, as stated, User Friendly....     If you learned anything at all driving the IS Line, Angling, Hulldown, Peeking, this is a Good Start...      I have the IS7 on my NA Account, was supposed to be the First Tier 10 and Accidently got the AX Unlocked first while Grinding both Lines.....     I use it with my T-10 Crew and the extra Loader I Borrow from my IS, still manage Reasonable Numbers despite the Handicap, yes the Crew isn't Trained for the Tank...

Second, of the 3 it is I believe the Cheapest Line to Grind with the 705A being 2nd, though the IS-M will likely be a Free XP Sinkhole just to get away from it....      The Obj 277 is Ungodly Expensive, even for a Tier 10, but Wholely worth it.....

Third, it IS  a Heavy and stays True to the Line...    The T-10 is far more Medium than Heavy and this alone get's people into Trouble thinking it's a REAL Heavy.....    The 705A is a Mild Departure from the Line with the "Rear" Mounted Turret, but if you look at the Turret Ring location, it's only Mildly Off Center with the IS-M being the one Truely Out of Whack ....

Basically, if you play the IS7 as a Heavy, you'll be OK....     The Hull is Soft and needs Hidden....     The Gun is Good but not Great....     But, this Tank will get you ready for the Other 2 Toer 10's as well...
