Anyone know the effective values for the 277's upper plate, front on no angle/elevation? Tanks.gg armour model is not working for me with 277 or K91 and knowing the armour will let me decide when i want to get it.

I do not know the values, but I think it is thin enough to be penned frontally, but I could be wrong, none the less

on flat ground lfp is around 210mm effective, ufp unangled from 250 to 330ish effective, armor values increase towards upper part of the hull. K-91 most of the time i think is lucky to bounce anything at all.

I think WG is not disclosing those values on purpose, as newer vehicles do not seem to be displayed there. I could be mistaken tho.

I'll check the K-91's.

As far as i could tell from playing on the test the ufp was kinda like 70/30 (pen/no pen) unangled with 276 pen apcr, and like 40/60 when angled with lfp of definitely under 250 effective. So id estimate ufp unangled ranging from 245-280 vs AP and angled a bit more 260-300 vs ap (depending where you hit, and yes, the tanks ufp benefits from angling a bit - basically makes the tank go from "worth trying to shoot ufp" to "not really worth shooting ufp" with regular t10 ammo).

Also by unangled i dont mean under perfect condition with both tanks on flat ground still, shooting at 100 m, but what i mean is - in practical terms in real games unangled over all kinds of distances and slight angles/elevations with the tanks moving around. Im making this disclaimer because i know there is a whole army of autists who will instantly start claiming that the ufp is a guaranteed pen when unangled for 250 pen guns... which it might be, when you perfectly position the tank and have 100% accurate gun that shoots the exact part of armor where it indeed is of the lowest effective value. But in real games the ufp, as i said, is basically a 50/50 for 265 apcr/255 ap when unangled (as far as i could tell).

you can check 277 armor layout there : https://gamemodels3d.com/games/worldoftanks/, it was up there like 5 days ago, i dont have an account there so i cant post screenshots, i just saw russki streamer using that site and i described rough armor values in previous post that i saw on his youtube video.
