This tank is absolutely murderous. An experienced player (with a bit luck) can almost single handedly slaughter entire enemy team with it. Most tier 3 tanks can barely hurt it, except tank destroyers and arty. The matchmaker is also quite kind to it although you can sometimes end up against kv's and stuff like that where your usefullness is limited. Even then its still possible to kill a light tank with it.

Also this tank is a great credit maker! It won't make 50k/round like some higher tier tanks but low tier games can be much shorter than higher tier games!

The gun isn't the most powerful one and the shells are quite slow but that isn't a really a problem. Only real downside is that the tank is slow as a heavy and often a half ot the enemy team is already dead when you get to action!

Yeah, your description is pretty accurate, though well-equipped BT-2, for example, can bring doom to it quite quickly.

Bought this on a whim tonight.

Only had one battle before I logged, it struck me as quite a decent tank.

So far I have ALWAYS been on the worst MM possible. Every single game has had KVs and such. Hence I have not really found it useful; when half of the enemy tanks are tier 5 this one is pretty useless...

I rather play with B2 which has a lot better MM with no tier 5 tanks, and bit more buffer to take damage.

An interesting little tank.

Once got a Top Gun in it with 7 kills - though it's not generally a tank to lead an assault with.



My record to date is Played 90 Won 51 - which is a bit above my usual standard.

Fitted with vents and optics - third slot is either binnoculars or cameo depending on my mood (if anyone has a better set up please advise!).

Generally best to keep moving - and make sure you don't get caught side on if you can help it.

This tank may be ruined.. I have only got into tier 5 matches after the patch...

Matchmaker has been OK for me with this tank. It remains absolutely murderous. This was a 7-kill rampage on Mines that netted 23,000 credits. Sadly I didn't think to get a screenshot a game before this one, where I was matched with tiers 4 and 5, but managed to damage 8 of the enemy tanks and haul in 32,000 credits.

With the coming of the french tiers this thing is becoming fast obsolete (ironic since it was a french tank to begin with), but it can be a nasty surprise for arrogant opponents who loathe the wallet warriors. Will keep it in my garage whatever happens, since I`m a big sucker for this thing.

My very forst battle with this tank ends with 6 kills. I was in middle of roster, fortunately there was no 5 tier heavies.

If you get into a tier 3 battle as others have posted you can dominate the game.

I like the bit in this one where the teams are about even in numbers and they start to cap.  A destroyed Tetrarch from our team declared 'noob team'...

The enemy SPG clearly wanted my scalp in the battle!

I got this one for my son. He hates it, regularly getting tier 5's but I had a little play and like it.
I reckon it's something you either loathe or love. Depends on playing style I guess.

Ok, I played this tank a lot, and I love it, but it feels like it got it's matchmaking changed.
Before, I had 1/3 tier3 battles, 1/3 tier4 and 1/3 tier5. Now, I'm getting 90% tier5.
Out of the last 20 battles, I've played 18 in tier5, where the only tier5 heavy I can damage was a T1 heavy if perfectly perpendicular to his side or rear armor.

Any one else have the same conclusion about it's MM value?

I bought this one together with PzB2, it is ok. Nothing special, but not bad either. Fine gun and mobility, occasional ricochett. Vents, camonet, binos, it is like D2 with better speed and worse gun or slower Lt-38 with worse gun. Same matchmaking as regular tier 3s, i am fine with that. But meeting these in my other tier 3s, not much problem except for fast turning turret, that armor is nowhere near as awesome as some people claim.
