Am I only one who chose Strv 74? It's the best non premium tier 6 tank in the game.

All lights are crap and clickers are for people who can't swim.

ok lets see.

59-16 - only true light tank really, although a special mention to the AMX 12T

Cromwell - not really played anything else in this category. and you wouldn't take a t-34-85 over the t-34-85M so it rules that out. just checked and it seems the VK 30.01P might be the best but small sample size for me

VK 36.01 H - actually enjoyed my time with this tank due to it's reload (if I recall) and speed. yes the T-150 is probably the best but I haven't played it in about 4 years so no idea

Hellcat - still the best after even after the nerf hammer

M44 - bert is just too situational

Ah good the none option is in there.

Personally I don't see the point of non-premiums below tier 9 these days.

As HT, T-150 is probably the best. Well armoured and fairly mobile, pack one of the best gun in tier.

I would have liked the chance to chose more than a veicle in each group, cause KV-2 is also a must, just for the lols!

As TD, the good old SU-100 it's also my choice. 122mm with good DPM at tier 6? What can possibly go wrong with it? :D

LT: I don't play LT.

Medium: I had to pick between the T-34-85 and the VK 30.01 (P) and chose the VK 30.01 (P). High alpha gun for a tier 6 medium, excellent speed, after buying the new engine, in cost for paper armor. Both are good tanks, but VK 30.01 (P) is a must-have alright.

Heavy: I just had to pick the KV-2. I've got ARL 44, KV-85, O-I, but most people would just go for the KV-2, so would I. It really depends on how you play. The ARL 44 has the top powerful gun with superb penetration and good alpha damage and is a pretty speedy tank when you buy the new engine. KV-85 has two choices of really good guns. 100mm and 122mm. The 100mm is your DPM gun while the 122mm can be really useful in tier 4 and 5 battles :playing:. The O-I has really good armor for noobs and those who don't spam gold after they've seen you on the list, but is really slow and heavy and mainly immune to ramming. I once ran over an Emil I and had the most satisfying go ever. The 15cm gun is magnificent and is better than the 10cm one. But... the KV-2... Better HE pen than the O-I, less armor but more speed and significantly better RNG since It's a Russian tank in World of Tanks, definitely. My first battle with the 15cm gun was my favorite. KV-2 does top O-I, unless they compete against each other. All of these are worthy a shot, but KV-2 should be #1 for you.

Tank Destroyer: Hellcat. Has a turret, is fast, has really good concealment, leads to the T-30, but has slow hull and turret traverse speed and doesn't carry much ammo with the top gun.

SPG: The only tier 6 SPG I've played is the Hummel. So I can't really pick since there are far better, It's got below average speed, longer reload time on the more powerful gun, not as accurate as you would like it to be. But I've been suggested to that the M44 might be the best. I'm starting going towards it!

Lights: none of them are worth it because they are simply all surpassed by the Type 64.

Mediums: The Sherman Firefly and E8 are both very good mediums, while the 34-85 isn't bad, the 85M is simply much better.

Heavies: KV-2 most definetly, the VK-36.01 if you have two friends in Cromwells is awesome aswell because you can make the VK-train and ram stuff to death. (srsly try it some time, wait for a good opportunity and ram an isolated medium or TD, as long as it's not heavily armored or heavy you will either do a LOT of ram damage or even ram it to death.)

TD's: The Hellcat is amazing and so is the SU-100, was thinking about picking the CGC for lols but decided against it.

SPG's: while the M44 is kinda OP it's an arty so the fewer there are the better it is for the game. XD

Tier VI Light

Hmmm,.. the real must-haves are the ELC Bis and the Chaffee at Tier V. On Tier VI, the VK 28.01 is definitely the most fun, and I recall it being an excellent tank overall, but that might have been when/if it was at Tier V: I don't remember exactly.

Tier VI Medium

The T-34-85, though not because it's such a good tank. In fact it is about average at everything. This is why every player should have one in their garage: I feel like this is the tank WG uses as a standard to balance all other tanks against.

The Firefly on the other hand, is a true must have in my opinion, because of its sheer excellence

Tier VI Heavy

Selected the KV-2, because every player should have played the king of derps at least once,.. and one-shotted a Tiger. That said, after numerous balance, I wouldn't consider it a keeper anymore.

Tier VI TD

Hellcat: a drainage pipe calibre Dardanelles gun on a tuned Vespa.

Tier VI SPG

Just none. Only category I actually voted 'none' on too.

The Hummel has iconic status, but isn't any better than the rest (in fact I prefer the AMX F13 F3 AM), all of which are basically grind vehicles for the true masterclass of SPG's: Tier VII.

Dunno about best, a good Cromwell or Hellcat driver seems to get more done. But def the most fun and thus the must have of tier 6.

My votes and why:

1) Which Tier VI Light is a must-have?

AMX 12t - because it is a very sneaky vehicle with nice clip potential damage.

MT-25 - to be honest, because of the Russian bias. :)

2) Which Tier VI Medium is a must-have?

T34-85 - because it is okay vehicle and second best tier 6 after the Cromwell which is the best tier 6 medium. So - Cromwell is better but it takes a lot more skill to play Cromwell well. I do have a Cromwell B and know from experience that I suck in it :hiding:

Škoda T 25 - Plays very similar to AMX 12t. Sneaky, ambush tank that is vulnerable but has nice potential/autoloader. Very unique and fun little thing!

3) Which Tier VI Heavy is a must-have?

KV-2 - because it's an OP mobile artillery. Of course, for me KV-2 = KV-2 + good crew, equipment, food + 152mm derp + only HE loaded. King of Derp.

O-I - because it hasn't been nerfed enough so it's still a bit OP lol. I guess it's "a must-have" because you have to experience how silly this tank is when it gets good matchmaking. Those poor little lower tier tanks that you oneshot... King of Derp's Wife.

4) Which Tier VI Tankdestroyer is a must-have?

:teethhappy: I can't believe 2 people so far have voted Churchill Gun Carrier!

Anyway, my votes:

M18 Hellcat - it has a lot of potential and a lot of advantages. It is a good vehicle that's not noob-friendly. If played well, it can be a bit OP.

SU-100 - because it's another filthy Soviet troll tank. Russian Bias is the reason again. I have grinded through it so I think it's ok tank, pretty good actually, but not an all time keeper.

5) Which Tier VI SPG is a must-have?

M44 - ummm... because it is balanced and not at all OP. :bajan:
